Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S.clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be tiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerincharge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Water proofing treatment of Roof Slab with High performance cementitious two component product, consisting of a powder component and an acrylic polymer using two coats ( Dr Fixit Roofseal flex - Packaging Size: 12 .5 kg (7.5 kg powder + 5 kg polymer) / equivalent water proofing Solution ). The slurry thus formed by mixing the two, is to be applied on new roofs to forms a seamless, highly elastic, non-toxic waterproofing layer on the roof with a life expectancy of 7 years. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fixing Fiber Glass Coated Mesh with thickness of 45 Gsm for the water proofing of roof terraces, bathrooms , Water tanks, etc. The surface to be levelled, finished, made smooth before fixing of Fiber Glass Mesh, complete in all respect as per manufactures specification and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying injection grouting using cement slurry admixed with Fosroc Chemical Conplast WL or any other equivalent compound @ 300 ml/ Bag of cement through the uPVC nozzles ( 12mm dia uPVC/ Plastic Nozzles - 4" to 9" long @ 5 No: / Sqm of area) , provided into the cracks/ honeycombed areas using 140 PSI hand operated Grouting Pump under pressure till the refusal,doing final Cement slurry Grouting (after 28 Days),, finally cutting & sealing of Nozzle. including all labour, supervision, tools and tackles and transportation etc. complete as per direction of Enginner -in- charge.

Providing and applying of swellable type water stop tape, 19mm x 25mm thick in linear meter (expansive nature) for construction joints treatment of RCC structure such as raft slab, retaining walls, water storage tank and at the junctions of raft slab with the retaining walls etc After cleaning the surface, one coat of required primer for swellable water stop tape shall be applied throughout the length of the joint @3.78 litre per 240 running meter. Over the primed surface swellable type water stop tape shall be placed. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage.

Waterproofing of wet areas ( Concrete/ Masonary Surface ) and any water retaining structures such as swimming pools, water tanks, Bathrooms, toilets, balconies, planters etc with high performance polymer modified cementitionous coating ( DR. FIXIT FASTFLEX / Equivalent ) to provide tough film build-up and highly elastic film formation, which accommodates thermal movements so as to provide seamless coating without any joints to prevents water leakage. The scope of work also includes surface prepration and cleaning, washing and removing dust,dirt and loose particles from concrete / masonary surface complete in all respects.

Providing and applying crystalline mortar by mixing in the ratio of 4.5 : 1 (4.5 parts crystalline mortar: 1 part waler) for the treatment of faulty construction joints, cracks. tie rod holes and spalled & honeycombed surface of RCC underground structures like basement, water tanks, bridge deck etc. to ensure water tightness. The crystallie mortar shall conform to the EN 1504-3 having compressive strength Class R4 2745 MPa and adhesive bond strength Class R3 71.5 MPa. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineerin-charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage. For sealing cracks and faulty construction joints, routed out/making U-shape groove size 25x25mm and then primed the area with integral crystalline slurry @O.05kg/running metre and while the surface is tacky filled the groove upto surface with crystalline mortar @1.50kg/running metre Once crystalline mortar is touch dry then finally applied two coats of integral crystalline slurry @0 05kg/running metre per coat.

Fine dressed red sand stone (from Agra) flooring 40mm thick set in 12.5mm thick cement mortar 1:3 jointing with cement mortar 1:2 with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone.

Fine dressed and machine rubbed red sand stone ( from Agra ) 25 mm to 50 mm thick lining on wall, pillars, skirting, dado & risers of steps laid in any pattern as specified on 12.5 mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 with neat cement slurry admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone including labour for fixing cramps, dowels, pins, etc.

Grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using 2mm to 3 mm gap using spacers and later this gap to be filled with cement based grout ) with Cement base grout and matching pigments etc., complete, including filling / grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Design supply & installation of suspended Spider Glazing system designed to withstand the wind pressure as per IS 875 (Part-III). The Suspended System held with Spider Fittings of SS-316 Grade Steel of approved manufacturer with glass panel having 12 mm thick clear toughened glass held together with SS- 316 Grade Stainless steel Spider. & bolt assembly with laminated glass fins 21 mm thick. MARTYR'S NAME PLATE

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of Martyr's Railing of approved quality, pattern and colour, along with following specifications1. SS 304 Matt Finish Sheet: 1.6mm (16 gauge) sheet, size 2400mm x 750mm. 2. Laser Cutting: Fiber laser cutting on the entire sheet with Martyrs' names as per the approved file. 3. Acrylic: 3mm A-grade acrylic sheet at the back of the steel sheet, fixed with silicone. 4. LED: Samsung LED module with daylight brightness for illumination. 5. Frame: 2" square SS 304 pipe frame designed to fix the Martyrs' name sheet and mount S.S. Poles of 2" dia with S.S. base plate of required thickness with chemical fasteners along the granite wall. All complete as per Drawing and as directed by architect & Engineer In Charge.
