Providing and laying Random Rubble masonry in foundation upto a depth of 1.50 metres and 1.50 metres above Ground /Bed level.[MoRTH Specfication: Clause 1000/1400] Cement sand mortar 1:6

Providing and fixing precast cement concrete coping 1:2:4 mix, 50mm thick complete as per specifications

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipes N.P.4 for culverts including jointing ends and fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 [MoRTH Specfication : Clause : 1000/2900] 300 mm dia

Providing laying, spreading and compacting specified graded crushed stone in sub-base course including premixing the material at OMC in wet mix plant, carriage of mixed material, laying in uniform layers with motor grader, F.E.loader on a prepared surface and compacting with vibratory compactor to achieve the desired density including all material, labour, mach-nery, lighting barricading and maintenance of diversion complete.[MoRTH specification Clause 401] includiong 1 Km lead . Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of as per table 400-10 and 400-11 Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water to OMC inwet mix plant as per approved design mix, carriage of mixed material by Tipper to site laying in uniform layers with motor grader/F.E.Loader/paver finisher, in sub base/ base course on a well prepared under base and compacting with vibrotry roller to achieve the desired density including lighting, guarding, barricading and maintance of diversion etc. (MoRTH specification : Clause 406) by mechanical mean with lead up to 5Km.

PART -D : R.C.C. Slab Culvert 1 Span 4.0 Mtr.

Providing and laying Plain cement concrete M15 mix with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size mechnically mixed and vibrated, in foundation upto a depth of 1.50 below Ground level and or 1.50 meters above ground/bed level.

Providing and laying Coursed Rubble stone masonry in foundation upto a depth of 1.50 metres and also 1.50 metres above Ground /Bed level [MoRTH Specfication : Clause 1000/1400] Cement sand mortar 1:4

Stone masonry work in cement mortar 1:3 for substructure complete as per drawing and technical specifications MoRTH Section 1400,2200.Coursed rubble masonry (first sort)

Supplying, fitting and placing TMT bar reinforcement (Fe 415) in substructrue complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 1002, 1005, 1010 & 1202

Providing Cement pointing 1:2 deep variety (cut or weather) on brick, stone and tile work at all levels.[MoRTH Specfication : Clause 1000/1300]

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall, in 150mm layers, with mechnical compaction, complete with all lead and lift, as per drawing and technical specification. [MoRTH Specification : Clause : 304] Gravelly material

With corrugated copper plate, compressible fibre board, pre-mouldede joint filter and joint sealing compound. [MoRTH Specfication Scetion 2600] Providing and fixing 20mm thick compressible fibre board in expansion Joint complete.

Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on plastered concrete surfaces as per MORTH specifications Cl. 803. New Surface

Providing and fixing precast cement concrete coping 1:2:4 mix, 50mm thick complete as per specifications

Providing A.C pipe Weep holes 150mm dia in Masonry/Plain Concrete/.Reinforced Concrete abutment, wing wall/return wall complete as per drawing and technical specfication.[MoRTH Specification Clause 2205]

PART -E : PIPE CULVERT (Vented Causeway)

Providing Cement plaster 12mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 at all levels [MoRTH Specfication: Clause:1000/1300]

Cement of un-reinforced, without dowel bar. plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design. laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days,using curing compound and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and MoRD Specification Clause 1501 including vaccum dewatering process with all reuired equipments.
