PART - A Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from 5.00km distance borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2.

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from 5.0km distance borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical specification clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binderVG-30 @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement OPC @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing

Providing & laying of 80 mm thick rubber moulded inter locking paver tiles incl. 30 mm thick fine sand cusion bed in proper slope & camber including all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.

RCC Grade M20 using batching plant transit mixer & manual placing

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD steel reinforcement complete in sub-structure as per drawing and Technical Specification

Brick Masonry Work in Cement Mortar 1:4 in Foundation complete excluding Pointing and Plastering, as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.

Pointing with Cement Mortar 1:3 on brick work in substructure as per Technical Specifications.

Part-B Maintainance Charge including @ Earth Work, repair of painted surface, Earth Work on patri, Culvert, Road Furniture etc as per Direction of E/I for the period of Five Year from the actual completion of work. Total of Work Amount 1 to 18 (Excluding G.S.T.) Maintainance of First Year (@1% of Total Work Amount of 1 to 18)

Part-B Maintainance Charge including @ Earth Work, repair of painted surface, Earth Work on patri, Culvert, Road Furniture etc as per Direction of E/I for the period of Five Year from the actual completion of work. Total of Work Amount 1 to 18 (Excluding G.S.T.) Maintainance of Second Year (@1.5% of Total Work Amount of 1 to 18)

Part-B Maintainance Charge including @ Earth Work, repair of painted surface, Earth Work on patri, Culvert, Road Furniture etc as per Direction of E/I for the period of Five Year from the actual completion of work. Total of Work Amount 1 to 18 (Excluding G.S.T.) Maintainance of Third Year (@2% of Total Work Amount of 1 to 18)

Part-B Maintainance Charge including @ Earth Work, repair of painted surface, Earth Work on patri, Culvert, Road Furniture etc as per Direction of E/I for the period of Five Year from the actual completion of work. Total of Work Amount 1 to 18 (Excluding G.S.T.) Maintainance of Fourth Year (@2.5% of Total Work Amount of 1 to 18)
