Supplying and laying 45mm down stone aggregates of required thickness(100mm) for Transformer pit, Substation and other places at all depths/ heights all complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. [Note: Payment shall be made on stack measurment basis. 1/13 of the height shall be deducted to account for the voids. Measurements shall be recorded prior to laying].

Providing and laying Non-Woven Geo Textile Mat NW 300 made from high quality polypropylene fibres having mass of 300 grams/ SQ.M of GAYATRI or approved equivalent make inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per manufacturer's recommendations and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying structural reinforced cement concrete work (1:1.5:3) conforming to IS:456 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at all heights and depth for construction of foundations, beams, columns, staircases, chajja,lintels, balconies, shelves, plain window sills, roof slabs, facia, canopies, fins, porch, water tank etc. including providing centering, shuttering, staging, scaffolding, form work etc compacting with mechanical vibrator, curing etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer. (Payment for Reinforcement shall be made as per relevant item of SOR). a) All work up to plinth level

STEEL REINFORCEMENT : Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. workincluding initial straightening of coiled/uncoiled bars, removal of loose rust, cutting, bending to correct size & shape, binding with 18 gauge G.I. wire at each intersection and placing at any position, at any height and depth complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer. : Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D or more

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil, all works up to any lead and lift, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge : In all kinds of soil

Excavating trenches by mechinical / manual means of required width in all kinds of soil for pipes, cables, etc. including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, for all depth, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil, all work up to any lead & lift as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge : Pipes, cables etc. exceeding 80 mm dia. but not exceeding 300 mm dia

Supply, erection & installation of cable conduits made up of GI pipes of medium class 'B' subject to owner's approval in trenches (already made), on walls, concrete structure etc., including supply and installation of all the necessary pipe fittings such as bends, sockets, elbows, tees etc., bending, threading, binding, clamping, providings, spacers, plugs, packings, bushings etc., as required Job complete in all respects including the cost of all labour, tools, material etc. and as per specifications and directions of site engineer / Engineer-in-Charge:100 mm

Existing aggreagte to be used back in switchyard after cleaning (Per workman 10SQM aggregate @ Minimum wage of 541+54 @ 10% as on April 2025)

"Isolator with VCB Bay Maintenance: checking and maintenance of centre post rotating type, offload isolator cum earthing switch with accessories and fittings as required complete bay, including installation or replacement of small spares/rusted bolts on already made steel structures or fixtures, aligning, assembling and fitting all accessories/ instruments etc. supplied separately, if any making connections of outgoing/ incoming conductor, cable connection as required, earthing, testing, commissioning the same, complete in all respects including consumables, tools/equipments and labour as per specifications, drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge/ Site Engineer. The supply of cables and earthing strip are not covered in this item. 33kV, 800 A, 25KA for 1 sec, rated short time current"
