M&L for plain cement concrete, Type B2 1:2:4 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling, water tank platforms and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block walling exc. 10 cm width with solid block PCC 1:3:6 type C1 grade design mix and setting in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified and as directed

Taking up/down plants or vegetation growth from wall upto roof level by means of cutting hole into brick wall and making good the surface of dismantled portion (not exc 150 sq cm superficial area and not exc one brick depth) using brick bats /aggregate and plastering in cement mortar (1:4) to disturbed portion and applying two coats of cement base paint / weather coat to match the existing surface upto forth floor complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only Flag post with nails, screws or any suitable means at walls etc complete all as spd and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facing where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, lintels, shelves etc, and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring etc, and making good on brick walls, cutting exc. 20 cm in girth complete all as specified and directed .

M& L for cutting holes in brick wall / stone wall / PCC block walls exc one brick but not exc two brick in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantling portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 16 to 18 mm thick granite (of any type any colour) work (table rubbed 7 polished ) in window door cills/jambs, platform like in cement mortar (1:6) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shed with granite etc complete all as directed.

M&L for 16 mm thick granite both side polished for urinal partition / vertical surfaces etc. in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shed with granite etc complete all as directed.

M& L for 2nd class hard wood in scantlings, exc 40 Sqcm in area clean sawn for unframed work complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs of 2nd class Hard wood plain fillets, square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails sectional area exc 3 but not exc. 6 sqcm complete all as specified and directed.
