Design, Fabrication and Construction of OTM ACCN FOR OR in RCC Framed Structure as per Arch Drg No. CWE/DIN/15/25 sheet No. 1/3 to 3/3 dated 20.01.2025 AND CWE/DIN/15/25 sheet No. 1/1 dated 20.01.2025 and revised thereof. Specification given in Sch A Notes and Particular Specifications including complete RCC foundation and plinth, Flooring, Joinery and Finishes complete all as specified. NOTE : Soil investigation report is attached in tender document for refering during design. (i) Size – As per Arch drawing (ii) Height – as per Drg (iii) Fdn – To be design as per SBC report with RCC framed construction. (iv) Plinth – Burnt Brick wk in CM 1:6 (v) DPC – 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 with WPC (vi) Super Structure – All RCC structure to be M25 design mix burnt brick wk wall upto ceiling. (vii) Seismic Zone – Strengthening measures for Zone V (viii) Roof – 0.50mm thick Pre-painted Galvalume sheet with MS steel frame structure on living area, roof slab with roof treatment - 150 mm thick on ground floor roof verandhah & Bathroom. (ix) Ceiling : False ceiling with powder coated snap grid frame work. Bringing approved earth (as approved by Garrison Engineer) from sources outside defence land including all costs such as royalty if any transportation taxes etc. for area filling/forming including raising earth spreading in layers not exc 30 cm thick each layer, watering, compaction with 8 tonne to 12 tonne power roller and finished to required size and shape etc, any high /depth from EGL Notes: (i) Earth required for the item shall be suppied by contractor out side MOD land of any lead at his own arrangement. (ii) All cost of procurement of earth including cost of transportation, compaction, royalties, tax etc. shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor (iii) with reference to clause 3.6 of MES schedule Part-II on serial page no-21 it is clarified that measurement of the above item shall be finished embankment/traverse of filled earth after consilidation/copmaction and 5% deduction shall be made from measured and calculeted volume to allow for increase in bulk. (iv) Total quantity/ partial of earth may not be available in Dinjan area. The contractor shall bring the earth outside area it is advised to quoted the rate considering availability of soil and its lead involved

M&L for horizantal boring/drilling hole mannual under the road in soft/loose soil without cutting/disturbing the existing road and inserting GI pipe 80/50/40/32mm bore for drawing the cables complete all as directed and specified. (Note: (i) Cost of acessories required for making hole/bore deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) GI pipe has been measured and paid separately)

Supply and fix electric water heater, storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 50 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 60W All-In-One LED Solar Streetlights made up of Aluminum Extrusion housing with high efficiency Monocrystalline Panel fixed on the top side of luminaire housing (Battery, charge controller and LED module should be integrated inside Luminaire). Maintenance free 12.8V/60Ah LiFePo4 battery along with BMS (BIS certification required) with minimum cycle life of 2000 cycles, MPPT Charge controller with Efficiency > 90%. Luminaire should be IP65 & IK08 and have lumen output of greater than 8000 lumens at full power (System Efficacy > 150 Lumens/watt) as LM79 from NABL accredited Lab. The LED chip used should be of Osram, Lumileds, Cree, nischia only with CRI>70 and CCT – 5700K +/- 500K and should be with lenses for effective light distribution. Luminaire must have Green & Red indicator lights for showing charging of battery and low battery voltage respectively. Light fixture must also have protections like Over-Charge protection, Deep-discharge protection, current protection, Short circuit protection, Over voltage protection. The light fixture should come with a PIR sensor for auto dimming of light fixture based on movement and Complete system should be designed to provide 2 days (24 hours) backup in dimming mode. The light fixture should also come with hybrid controller so that light fixture works on AC power if the battery goes down in case of adverse weather conditions. The solar lighting companies must have toll free base service network to provide immediate after sales service networks available in different districts of the state. Certificates to be submitted – LM79 ,LM80,BIS certificate of Battery ,BIS certificate of Solar Panel,IK08 and IP65 certificate

Supply, fixing, installation & testing of monoblock pump of capacity 2 HP single phase suitable for pipe 50 X 50 mm having head range 12-21 m & discharge range 430 – 250 LPM complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. Foundation for fixing the monoblock pump shall be included in the quoted price to ensure proper installation and stable operation. 2. Galvanised sheet shed of size 1 m × 1 m × 1 m shall be included in the quoted price for providing adequate protection to the motor.
