Annual Maintenance Contract of Fire Alarm, Fire Detection and Fire Fighting system at R.G. Bhawan New Delhi (year 2020-21, 2021-22)

Periodical Maintenance of conventional & addressable fire alarm detection and hydrant system at R.G. Bhawan by deploying adequate manpower as per the conditions of contract involving repairs & maintenance, faults finding and attending breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability, satifactory working condition of the systems, preventive maintenance on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly basis, maintenance of records/documentation etc. on all working days and holidays round the clock etc as required and as per scope of work given in special conditions of contract.

Supplying & Fixing of following spares as per list of approved makes and should be suitable with existing sysytem i/c dismantalling of old spares wherever reqd. and handing over to AAI store complete as reqd.

Optical Type Smoke Detector (Similar to Apollo Series 65)

Multi criteria photothermal detector (Similar to Edwards,Model:-SIGAPHS)

63 mm dia, 15 m long non percolating RRL hose pipe with 63 mm dia male and female Gun Metal couplings duly bound with GI wire, rivets etc. conforming to IS 636 (type-A) complete etc. as required and as per specifications enclosed.

Swinging type MS hose reel (with drum) made up of 18SWG sheet along with 30 Mtrs. long and 20mm dia ISI marked thermoplastic hose reel confirming to IS:12585 fitted with gun metal globe valve and nozzle compete with brackets, nuts, bolts etc.

Conventional Manual Call Point (ABS Body) with glass

Adressable Manual Call Point (Similar to Edwards,Model:-SIGA 271/278)

Addressable Control Relay Module (Similar to Edwards,Model:-SIGA CR)

Electronic Hooter/ programmable sounder for addressable system (Similar to Edwards,Model:-SIGA G1RF)

Rewiring for fire detector point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable as earth wire in existing surface/ recessed steel /PVC conduit including dismantling etc as required.(Note: each detector point will be considered as one point).

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of ISI marked steel conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including painting in case of surface conduit, or cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

Hiring of welder with welding machine and all accessaries i/c consumable items required for welding work ,complete etc as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge (Remarks: One Job is considered for full working day).

Visit of Specialized Authorized Engineer for checking of servicibility of (Make: - Edwards System Technology, Model: - EST-3) addressable fire detection alarm panel (01 Unit) which includes checking of healthiness of complete system, including both hardaware & software, reporting of faults/ deficiencies to E-I-C ,programming of device( if required) and submitting the healthiness report to E-I-C.

Visit of Specialized Authorized Engineer for checking of servicibility of (Make: - Morley-IAS DXSE) addressable fire detection alarm panel (02 units) which includes checking of healthiness of complete system, including both hardaware & software, reporting of faults/ deficiencies to E-I-C ,programming of device( if required) and submitting the healthiness report to E-I-C

Visit of Specialized Authorized Engineer for checking of servicibility of (Make: - SOFT CHIP) conventional fire detection alarm panel (02 units) of 16 zones each, which includes checking of healthiness of complete system, including both hardaware & software, reporting of faults/ deficiencies to E-I-C ,programming of device( if required) and submitting the healthiness report to E-I-C
