Construction of Additional class room building at M.P Higher Secondary School Rupra, at Muskuti in the District of Kalahandi for the year 2025-26

Earthwork in excavation of foundation in hard soil with all leads and lifts including dressing the sides and levelling the bed of the foundation including cost of all labour required for the work etc. complete with all other machineries required for the work and stacking the excavated materials away from the working area as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge .

Supplying and filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered & rammed with cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials labour required for the work as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Cement Concrete (1:3:6) in foundation with 4cm nominal size of hand broken hard granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, and laying in postition in layers not exceeding 150mm. thick with proper packing and ramming to proper slope and level including watering, curing with cost, conveyance, royality, taxes, labour, T&P and all other materials required for the work, finishing the exposed surface smooth, providing grooves and beads where ever necessary etc. complete in all respect as per the specification and including 1% cess as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing Fly ash Brick Masonery in C.M ( 1:6) in F/P including cost, conveyance, royality etc of approved size and quality and from approved quarry including splays cutting, circular moulding & similar such type of work with necessary projection, chamfering and corbelling, watering and curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials with all taxes and royalities and all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Fly ash bricks masonary in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing bricks for six hours in water before use in super structure using Fly Ash bricks of size (25 x 12 x 8 cm) having a crushing strength of not less than 75 Kg/Cm2 including splays cutting circular moulding chmfering and corbelling watering and curing etc complete including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities etc. complete in all respect or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. work of M-25 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite (crusher broken) of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete watering, and curing for four weeks finishing the exposed surface and ceiling smooth, providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance royalties and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding the cost of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding etc. of the M.S. rods or tor steel and binding wires and tying the grills and placing in proper position in all floors.as per the specification and direction of the EIC.
