Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand and eight aggregate ) using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for All CC items of work excluding centering, shuttering, and cost of reinforcement grill but including curing finishing etc., complete fixtures in CC works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

Centering for soffits of RCC slabs of plane surface like lintels, beams ,etc.,including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60cm X and B.G 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm X 25mm X 3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm X 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c )and supported dy casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm C/C) complying with standard specification and directed - 10 m 2

Column Centering

Suppling and fabricating and placing in position MS (or) R.T.S Bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5 :3 (one cement, one and half M.sand & three course aggregate) using 20mm gauge hand broken/ and broken granite stone for all RCC items of works excluding centering shuttering and cost of reinforcement but including curing etc.,complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in rec works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using Fly Ash bricks of 230x110x70mm (8 3/4" x 41/4" x 23/4")is uding cost of materials and labour charges etc., as per standard specification - 1m3

Supplying and fixing MS Grill including cost of one coat primer and one coat enamal paint complete as per standard specifications.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One part of Cement and Five part of Plastering Sand (PSand)) 12mm, thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications
