Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, main holes, pier holes etc complete in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials not exc 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down MS water mains pipe including fittings with spigot and socket ends complete all as specified and as directed of the following sizes:-

100mm dia bore

125mm dia bore

200mm dia bore

Suplying, laying, jointing & testing of MS pipe ERW steel including special, normal dia 100mm bore as per IS 3589 (2001) thickness 5.4 mm including welding fitting and testing specifications in any length, laid in trenches, cutting of hole in building complete with and including necessary joints & provision of two coats of green bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Suplying, laying, jointing & testing of MS pipe ERW steel including special, normal dia 125mm bore as per IS 3589 (2001) thickness 5.4 mm including welding fitting and testing specifications in any length, laid in trenches, cutting of hole in building complete with and including necessary joints & provision of two coats of green bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Suplying, laying, jointing & testing of MS pipe ERW steel including special, normal dia 200mm bore as per IS 3589 (2001) thickness 8.0 mm including welding fitting and testing specifications in any length, laid in trenches, cutting of hole in building complete with and including necessary joints & provision of two coats of green bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L fabricate MS pipe header of dia 400mm size as shown in sketch 'A' install & jointing with 100mm & 200mm MS pipe making notches, holes, welding and fixing plate over brick masonary pillar including provision of two coats of blue bituminous paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) MS pipe 400mm dia (12.65 RM) shall be measured and paid under this item. (ii) Brick work in pillar and inlet & outlet MS pipe of 100mm & 200mm dia shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of BOQ. (iii) Other items like dead plate, flanges, making holes for inlet and outlet pipe as mentioned in sketch shall be deemed included in quoted rate of this item.

M&L fabricate MS pipe header of dia 400mm size as shown in sketch 'B' install & jointing with 100 & 200mm MS pipe making notches, holes, welding and fixing plate over brick masonary pillar including provision of two coats of blue bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. S&F Pessure gauge 100mm dia with ball valve of pressure 25 Kgs/Sqcm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation , filling and mass concrete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railigs upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, sligtly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM in (1:4) finished fair and even external surface complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) including floor tiles of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F MS fittings of any descripition, i.e. bends (any type, radius and angle), Tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot), caps, flanges and plugs, upto 400 mm dia of pipes, ISI Marked, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair and testing CI body non return valve ISI marked, as per IS-5312, PN 1.6 spring loaded type both ends flanged complete with nuts bolts and rubber packing of size of 125 mm bore including cutting of pipe for inserting & other accessories required at site for fixing, earth work etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fixing, jointing and testing of CI sluice valve of size 200mm, class PN 1.6 flanged ends, heavy duty, long body, with steel spindle, ISI marked, (conforming to IS-14846 or latest revised) including MS nuts, bolts, washers, gaskit & paste solvent and machinery work like cutting, facing, grinding of sluice valve, dewatering, necessary earth work including taking out old sluice valve complete all as specified and directed.
