Earth work in excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam, clay, or sand) including lift upto 1.5 m and lead up to 30 m and including filling watering ramming of excavated earth in to the trenches or in to the space between the building and the sides of the foundation trenches or into the space between the building and the side of the foundation or in the plinth and removal of surplus earth as directed by E/I upto a distance of 30m.from the foundation trenches. 12mm cement plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement & coarse sand of single coat for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm. In girth and finished even and smooth . Sanctioned in JAIT TFC

Construction of Granular Sub Base by Providing Granular Material, spreading in uniform layers with Motor Grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in placed method with Froont & Loader at OMC and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. Sanctioned in JAIT TFC

Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete avement thickness as per disign, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M-30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and constructionl joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compund (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501. Extra for providing and mixing hardening compound of approved quality as per manufacturer's specification in cement concrete. Sanctioned in JAIT TFC

Reinforcement of Reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including the supply of steel and its waistage Bend, hooks, Binding wire and authorized over lapping shall be measured upto floor two level etc complete as per MoRT&H Specifications 12.40 (1600) as per Analysis. Providing and fixing pre-moulded joint filler in expansion joints of RCC roads / CC pavements after making the joints dust free with high pressure air jet cleaners, all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Pre-moulded joint fillers shall be made of bitumen hot sealing compound impregnated fibre board having impregnation more than 35%, conforming to IS:1838 for fibre board and IS: 1834for hot sealing bitumen compound grade A.) Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-20 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, j ointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making j oints with or without grooves (thickness of j oints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge). Sanctioned in JAIT TFC
