12mm Thick Cement plaster1;4 in single coat on Both side of single or half brick wall for interior plasting upto flor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finishing even and smooth.

P/A wall putty of 1mm thick including all work.

Finishing walls with two coat of acrylic smooth exterior paint of best quality Including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and Laying position cement concrete (1:2:4, 1 Cement:2 CoarseSand:4 Stone aggregate size 20mm) of specified grsded excluding and curing complete, including cost of form work in foundation and floors

Supply and Laying GSB including all completion of work.

P/L rubber moulded interlocking concrete block with 80 mm thick ICBP having strength not less than 30kn/Sqm complete as per technical specification clause 1500.

Painting or varnishing on iron Works in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed primming paint and two coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of all materials , labour and T andP required for proper completion of the work.
