Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade by insitu machine mix concrete adopting weighing batch method in accordance with IS:456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / superplasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m') 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials)

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel reinforcement grills of all variety like HYSD/CTD/TMTand all grade like Fe 500, Fe550D, Fe 500 D etc., for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel reinforcement and G.I. binding wire, wastage etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel reinforcement and binding wire)

Manufacturing supplying and fixing of Fully Panelled steel door with the following specification MS angle of size 40x40x6mm are used for the outer frames and M.S. angles of size 35x35x5mm for the shutter frames, stiffeners with 32 x 6mm M.S flat is provided at required intervals in the shutter frame. 18-gauge C.R. sheet laid as panel in the shutter and welded intact. M.S. flat 18x5mm is welded over the 32 x 6mm M.S. flat sandwitching the C.R. sheet in between additional stiffeners with 18x5mm M.S. flat is provided diagonally at the rear side of the shutter. 3Nos of Steel Parliament Hinges of Size 125mm x 150mm in case of single leaf and 6Nos of Steel Parliament Hinges of Size 125mm x 150mm in double leaves shutter to be provided. 6Nos of holdfasts 200 mm in length made of angle section spliced at the ends are welded to the outer frames of the door. Tower bolts 3 nos, one at the top, one at lock rail(Inner) and the other at the bottom are provided 1No Aldrop is provided at lock rail section in the door 2 Nos of 200mm handle are to be provided.
One rotating locking arrangements for the inner side of the door and additional provision for locking arrangements for lock is provided on the rear side of the door at an appropriate place.Incase of double leaf door M.S.Flat 32 x 3mm at 1.1Kg/m is provided on the one shutter to conceal the gap between the two shutters. at an appropriate place in the door. A tie bar is provided at the bottom of the frame to prevent twisting of frame during transportation and fixing. All members are given a coat of red oxide primer as directed by the departmental officers. Fabricating, Supplying and fixng in position of steel sheeted windows ( Two Leaves) with the following specifications. Outer frames of windows made of 'Z' section F7D of size 33 x 25 x 3mm at 1.419 kg/ m and mullion 'J' section (F4B) of size 46x25x3mm at 2.28kg/m and shutter section of made of F7D of 33x25x3mm at 1.419 kg/m as specified in IS 7452/1990. Each openable shutter should not exceed a width of 600mm to enable separate operations and easy maintenance. The panel of the shutters to be covered with 18 gauge cold rolled sheet of superior quality and welded intact with shutter frames. Horizontal stiffeners using 18x5mm MS Flat at 0.70kg/m at 3 Nos. for each shutter and additional diagonal stiffners of the same MS flats at all the four corners of each shutters to the suitable length welded to the shutters, for holding the CR Sheets in position firmly.
2 numbers of Steel Offset Pivot hingesof size 3" and one number of handle-cum-latch of special type made with 18x5mm MS flats are revetted to the shutters at an appropriate height in window. suitable opening is left for its easy operation. a stopper square rod for handle is provided in the mullion section at suitable place to catch the window handle. each window shutter having an adustable stay made out of 18 x 5mm at 0.70 kg/ m MS flat of lenght 320mm with three adjustable position. A matching peg is provided in the outer frame of the window at suitable place. 4 Nos. of hold fasts of 200mm length spliced at the ends are welded to the outer frame of the window by using MS flat of 18x5mm at 0.70kg/m, welded to the shutter at two place equivalent from each from top and bottom of the shutter. An MS square bar of 12mm size is welded to the inner face of the window at an equal interval not exceeding 100mm edge between them. All members are painted with one coat of anti-corrosive red oxide primer as directed by the departmental officers.All sections should be in confirmed with IS 7452/1990.The cost includes cost of all materials, labour charges and other incidental charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no crushed stone sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of 230mm x 230mm x 16 mm to 18mm size of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Crushed stone Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers
Supplying and fixing in position of Solid PVC door shutters with frame using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, Lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm, with suitable rabate for housing the shutter etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

The earth bus with two runs of 1" x 1/4" tinned copper flat must be run all round the panel to provide double earth connection.The buses should be mounted on the SMC bus insulators with proper spacing and should be provided with heat shrinkable sleeves using RYB & Black colours.The bus bar chamber should be segregated from the adjacent chambers by providing 12mm thick hylem sheet. (A) Engine: Water cooled diesel engine suitable for Generator application conforming CPCBIV+ norms and IS standards with a shaft out put of 156 HP at 1500 RPM under NTP conditions. The Engine shall comprise the following standard fitting flexible coupling fly wheel, air cleaner, fan blower, radiator, water pump, fuel filter, lubricating oil filter, etc.
(B) 12 Volt Electronic starting Equipment: Complete with starter motor, dynamo, standard batteries with cable, flexible exhaust piping of 50cms length
(C) Engine Instrument Panel / Mounted: Starting push botton / starting key, lubricating oil, temperature gauge, lubricating oil pressure gauge, water temperature gauge, safety control for low lubricating oil, pressure, safety control for high water temperature, safety control for over speed, hour meter (mechnical) and RPM indicator, battery charging ammeter. The engine should be capable of providing 10% over load for one hour for every 11 hours continuous at full load.
D)ALTERNATOR: 100kVA/80kW Capacity of brushless alternator, AC 3 phase, 50Hz, 415/420V, 0.8 PF, 1500 RPM under NTP conditions, conforming to CPCB IV+ Norms.
E) STANDARD CONTROL PANEL : The standard control panel (cubical) should be vermin proof and dust proof best quality sheet steel of 16 SWG CRCA MS sheet and floor mounted with suitable hinged glass doors and enamel painted. The panel should be microprocessor based complete with suitable Square/ Rectangular copper bus bars with internal connections and with necessary cables and other accessories and with tapings for the incoming supply from the alternator and for the outgoing supply to the load and incorporating Suitable MCCB and HRC fuses, Set of control fuses, etc. with following facilities.
1. UNDER / OVER LIMIT i. High coolant Temperature ii. Low lube oil pressure iii. Over speed iv. Start fail v. Emergency stop vi. Over load 2. FAULT INDICATIONS: i. LLOP - Low Lub. oil pressure ii. HWT - High water temperature iii. OL - Over load iv. E.STOP - Emergency stop v. DG - Gen set ON vi. LOAD - ON
3.Metering & Protective relaying: i) Multi function Digital panel meter with the functions of Ammeter , Voltmeter, Frequency Meter, Power factor meter, KW meter, KWHr Meter .- 1No 2) Current transformers of suitable ratio. – Set of 3Nos. 3) Earth fault relay – 1No

F.FUEL TANK minimum 230 litres fuel tank shall be fabricated out of 14 SWG CRCA MS sheet and is part of base frame. It is duly painted and fitted with inlet and outlet connections and mechanical fuel gauge. Fuel tank can be easily removed for cleaning or any maintenance.
G. Exhaust Gas Recirculation system arrangements as per CPCB IV+ norms as amended
H. BASE FRAME: Base frame should be fabricated with MS channel frame of rigidly welded construction for mounting of generaor set. The engine and alternator should be coupled by suitably designed diaphragm type flexible coupling with guard and mounted on the base frame with proper alignment.
I) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: The Acoustic enclosure, Self standing weather proof Acoustic canopy conforming CPCBIV+ norms floor mounting type with modular construction with the provision to assemble and dismantle easily and designed to suit all weather condtions and compliance to IS standards.
Erection of acoustic enclosure suitable for 100kVA Diesel generator complete with all accessories as above and suitable supports etc. as approved by competent authority to suit updated CPCB norms.
J) Erection of generator set with proper alignment over the existing foundation.
K)Supply of manuals for operation & maintenance of DG set with warranty card etc. L) CEIG approval: Preparation of site plan physical layout, electrical line schematic Diagram 10 sets, getting drawing approval from CEIG preparation of complection report rectification report etc., arranging CEIG inspection and obtaining CEIG safety certificate, payment of CEIG inspection fees if necessary and preparation of one set of approval Drawing and copy of safety certificate in a neat frame work.
M)TESTING AND COMMISSIONING
After the installation of DG set on its foundation, the DG set should be tested and commissioned with first charging of lubrication oil to its level, first charging of battery and run the set for eight hours on full load test complete. The Genset engine and alternator make should be approved by department officials before used on work.
Supply and fixing of 250 A Three phase 500V 4 Pole Change over Switch on suitable angle iron frame work with MS cable entry boxes with Earth connection only.
Supply, fabrication, erection and comissioning of 250A capacity dust and vermin proof cubical panel board of suitable size made up of 16 SWG CRCA sheet steel for outer body, switching consoles with hinged doors etc., and with supply and fixing of the following interior switch with bus bar chamber complete
1.250 A FP switch disconnector fuse units interior only with HRC fuses double break - 2Nos with interlocking arrangements 2.125 A TPN switch disconnector fuse units interior only with HRC fuses double break - 5Nos 3. 63A TPN switch disconnector fuse units interior only with HRC fuses double break - 5Nos.
In each cubical switch, live portion of bus bar should be shrouded by 6mm thick hylem sheet sepearator and properly earthed by tinned solid copper flat as per TNEI specifications. All the doors should be provided with suitable locking arrangement with rubber beedings. The earth bus with two runs of 1" x 1/4" tinned copper flat must be run all round the panel to provide double earth connection. All switches should be earthed by no.8 swg copper conductor to earth bus.
The panel should be powder coated, the cable size, capcity of switch, loaction etc., should be superscribed with white paint on each incoming and outgoing switch with metalllic danger board shall be affixed complete with mounting on base channel 3"x11/2"x1/2" iron frame work support with necessary connection complete.
