Linear neon flex LED strip lighting: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 24V,10Watts/Mtr Neon LED flex tube having IP 67 protection, minimum 210Lm/Watts, Beam angle 120Deg., CRI 90, 120LEDs/M, CCT-3000K water proof head for power supply connection complete with Aluminium profile & all required accessories like end cap, front outlet end cap, clips, on surface with suitable size of SS screw at interval of 300mm all as required & instructed by E-I-C.

Driver for neon flex LED strip lighting: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of water proof dimmable 24V LED power supply driver with suitable weather proof box, accessories, etc., all as required and instructed by EIC.

Outdoor LED light Fixture

LED SURFACE PROJECTOR LIGHT : Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of 10W outdoor LED light fittings similar to Pro-670 of M/s Hybec having minimum 120Lm/W, IP67, IK09 protection, CRI90, beam angle 1 deg., CCT 3000K, aluminium dia cast housing, etc. with waterproof 2/3-way straight or T jointing, etc. all as required and instruction of EIC.

LED WALL WASHER : Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 40W, LED wall washer light , 1000mm length, in build driver, aluminium die cast housing, IP65, beam angle 10 Deg., CRI90 , CCT 3000K fixed on wall/ column / floor with necessary accessories & with waterproof 2/3-way straight or T jointing, etc. all as required and instruction of EIC.

RGB Flood Light : Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 54W, RGB colour LED flood light in build driver, aluminium die cast housing, IP65 fixed in ground with required suitable size PCC foundation ( 150mm x 150 mm approx.), accessories, waterproof 2/3-way straight or T jointing, etc. all as required and instruction of EIC.

Junction Box: Supply and installation of IP66 weather proof cable junction box similar to catalogue no. DK0200G of M/s HENSEL make with required accessaries & hardware etc. all as required & instructed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Distribution boards:

ETPN DB : Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of readymade, IP54, 12ways, PPI, ETPN MCB DB, Powder coated, double door type consisting of following components all as required, fixing on wall with suitable coach screws/anchor fastners all as required & instructed by the Engineer-in-charge. i) 32A,10kA,C-Curve,4P MCB--- 1 no. ii)32A ,RCCB, 30mA sensitivity - 3 nos. iii)6/10/16A, 10kA,C-Curve, SP, MCB - 30 nos. iii)Wire way box of same make. --- 01 set iv)Din channel, tinned copper busbars, earthing, PPI kit and neutral links etc.---1 set.

Power feeder /contactor box: Supply, installation ,testing & commissioning of readymade double door 16 way SPN DB having IP54 with cable end boxes for mounting following equipment's i. 63A,4P,10kA,MCB- 1No. ii.4P,63A, power contractor similar to model no.: 4125 56 & 0.6-1 A, D-curve ,SP,MCB for protection of contactor coil of M/s Legrand- 1set iii.20A, DP, two-way with centre off changeover switch similar to 412903 of M/s Legrand)-1 no. iv. Panel Lock - 1 no. v. Single channel Timer (similar to AlphaRex3 D21 Astro having model No. 4126 54 M/s Legrand)-1 no. Note : a) Interconnection of power circuit shall be done with 6sq.mm FRLS flexible copper wires & control circuit with 1.5sq.mm and heavy duty reducer type copper lugs etc. b) Danger board shall be provided.

Casing capping & conduit

Supply installation testing & commissioning of 25 x 16 mm casing – capping on surface of slab / wall / column fixed with nylon / rawal plug, GI wood screws at the intervals of 300mm includes providing the tags for wires inside casing capping for bunching to avoid hanging of wires at the intervals of 600mm all as required & instructed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply installation testing & commissioning of 16 dia rigid FRLS HMS PVC of conduit with all required accessories like junction box , bend, etc. on surface of slab / wall / column fixed with PVC spacer saddles , nylon / rawal plug, GI wood screws at the intervals of 400mm all as required & instructed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply installation testing & commissioning of 19 dia rigid FRLS HMS PVC of conduit with all required accessories like junction box , bend, etc. on surface of slab / wall / column fixed with PVC spacer saddles , nylon / rawal plug, GI wood screws at the intervals of 400mm all as required & instructed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply installation testing & commissioning of 25 dia rigid FRLS HMS PVC of conduit with all required accessories like junction box , bend, etc. on surface of slab / wall / column fixed with PVC spacer saddles , nylon / rawal plug, GI wood screws at the intervals of 400mm all as required & instructed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Concealed HMS PVC conduit Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 25mm dia. FRLS HMS PVC conduit in wall/floor/ground, complete with necessary accessories like coupler, elbow, tee, bends, circular boxes etc. Note: Scope of work also includes chiselling & cutting in wall/ column/slab/ground, filling the leftover gaps with cement, mortar , finishing by applying white cement & necessary touch up painting etc. as per site conditions & as instructed by EIC.

PVC coated flexible steel Conduit Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 16mm PVC coated Flexible Galvanised Steel conduit made up of helical coil of self interlocked ribbed stripes of Galvanised steel complete with necessary accessories like etc. all as required & instructed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Grade : 1.1 KV 2. Conductor: Multi Stranded Copper as per Class-5 of IS: 8130 3. Insulation: PVC (Type-D); Colours : Red, Yellow, Blue & Black 4. Earth Station: Providing earth station with heavy dipped GI earth plates electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm in size at the depth minimum of 2.5 m below ground level (bottom of Plate) confirming to IS 3043 complete with all required materials like coke / charcoal, salt, G.I nut bolts, washers, 19 mm dia GI pipe (B class), 150 mm thick concrete wall chamber duly plastered having size of 500 x 500 x 500 mm, heavy duty (minimum 6 mm thick) M.S chequered plate cover, associated materials like 40 x 40 x 5 mm angle iron frame work, hinged locking arrangements, complete with funnels, GI test links (50 x 6 mm), two runs of 25 x 6mm G.I strips for connecting G.I plate & test link etc. including excavation of ground in all types of soils, refilling & removal of excess earth within a radius of 3000 m etc. all as required & instructed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note:- 1. The chamber cover & frame shall be got approved by Department & painted with two coats of red oxide & one coat of enamel paint. 2. Painting of earth value & test date on cover plate. 3. Earthing strips shall be welded with the earthing plate before galvanizing & two holes on each strip & plate shall be made for fixing the screws.

Earthing strips: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 25 x 6mm sizes of heavy dipped GI strip fixed to wall / slab / column / beam with heavy duty GI saddle Spacer or in ground at a depth of 300 mm below ground level including excavation in all type of soil, removal refinishing of paver block, etc., refilling and removal of excess earth within a radius of 3000 mtrs., temporary reinstatement and back filling of trench, interconnection of earth strips / wires with GI nut bolts & washers, painting with two coats of black bituminous compound for earth strip in ground and green colour enamel painting for strip on surface etc. all as required & instructed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, Installation, and Configuration of Outdoor-type LED Display System as per specification mounted on the support structure, RCC foundation etc. as indicated in the department-issued drawing, all as required & instructed by E-I-C.
