Manning and Operation of Main Receiving Sub Station at Vajrakosh, 33 KV HT supply , Distribution Substation No-1, Distribution Substation No-2, Distribution Substation No-3 installation at site 'E', Vajrakosh karwar for 03 (three) shifts of 8 hours each round the clock on all days including Sundays and holidays including minor daily maintenance / checks, attending breakdown at Distribution Sub Station, MRS, SS 1, 2 & 3 all as specified and as directed The installation comprises of following equipments :- (a) 33 KV, indoor type HT VCBs - 4 Nos , 33 KV, outdoor type HT VCBs - 1 No (b) Outdoor type Power transformer 3 MVA, 33 KV / 11 KV - 2 Nos., at MRS (c) Outdoor type Power transformer 1600KVA, 11 KV/ 433 V - 1 No at MRS (d) Outdoor type Power transformer 1000KVA, 11 KV / 433 V - 1 No at SS 1 (e) Outdoor type Power transformer 750 KVA, 11 KV / 433 V - 1 No at SS2 (f) Outdoor type Power transformer 315 KVA, 11 KV / 433V - 1 No at SS3

(g) Main LT Panel board 415 V with ACBs & main switches MCCBs etc with Bus couplers & power factor improvement capacitor bank. (h) Battery bank for auxiliary supply. (i) 110 V battery bank with charging panel. APFC Panels ,capacitor bank. (j) LT ACBs ranging from 630 Amps to 3200 Amps. (k) Outdoor type feeder pillars. Notes:- (a) Contractor has to employ minimum following staff for Manning and operation of the Main receiving Substation at Vajrakosh as mentioned here in below :- (i) One MCM / Supervisor having minimum qualification Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from recognized institute with adequate experience in one shift of 8 hrs (Total - 01 No per day)

(ii) One skilled electrician / operator per shift of 08 hours (Total 03 shifts per day) having minimum ITI qualification in Electrician trade from Govt recognized institute with adequate knowledge for HT & LT electrical installation / DG Set installation. The operator shall be competent to carryout the routine maintenance of Main distribution sub station all as directed. (ii) One semi-skilled operator per shift of 08 hours(Total 03 shifts per day) having minimum 10th class pass with adequate experience.

Manning & Operation of DG sets 3 Nos of 1010 KVA capacity of Make : Cummins each installed at Main Receiving Sub Station at Vajrakosh for 03 (three) shifts per day round the clock in all days including sundays and holidays comprising the following equipment all as directed (a) Engine Make :- Powerica (b) Alternator Make :- Toyo denki Power System Ltd. Frame -TD84 (c)VRLA type battery banks with 24 V DC Battery charger dual - 02 Sets (d) Storage tank : Vertical Fuel storage tank -1000 litre capacity each -3 Nos (e) D.G Set synchronizing panel with auto / manual synchronizing with metering & protection devices -01 No (f) AVR Exciting panel for D.G sets - 03 Nos (g) Generator control panel with measuring instruments control relays & switch gears - 03 Nos (h) DG control panels , synchronizing panels etc. NOTES for item No 2:- (a) Contractor has to employ one electrician / fitter per shift of 08 hours (Total 03 shifts per day) having minimum ITI qualification from Govt recognized institute with adequate knowledge & minimum 2 years experience in maintenance & operation of DG sets. The operator shall competent to carry out the minor maintenance all as directed.

Manning and Operation of Main Receiving cum Distribution Sub Station (DSS - 16), 33 KV HT supply including 2 x 625 KVA D.G. set of make: Cummins installed at site 'E', NAD Karwar for 03 (three) shifts of 8 hours each round the clock on all days including Sundays and holidays including minor daily maintenance/checks, attending breakdown at Distribution Sub Station No DSS 16 all as specified and as directed. The installation comprises of following equipments :- (a) 33 KV,indoor type HT VCBs - 3 Nos (b) Indoor type Power transformer 2 MVA, 33 KV / 433 V - 2 Nos. (c) Main LT Panel board 415 V with ACBs & main switches, MCCBs etc with Bus couplers & power factor improvement capacitor bank. (d) Battery bank for auxiliary supply. (e) D.G. Set 415V, 625KVA with connected accessories-2 Nos (f) D.G. Set control panel (g) 110 Volts battery bank with charging panel.

Notes for item No 3 :- (a) Contractor has to employ minimum following staff for Manning and operation of the DSS - 16 in all 3 shifts of 8 hours each round the clock :- (i) One skilled electrician / operator per shift of 08 hours (Total 03 shifts per day) having minimum ITI qualification in Electrician trade from Govt recognized institute with adequate knowledge for HT & LT electrical installation / DG Set installation. The operator shall be competent to carryout the routine maintenance of Main distribution sub station all as directed (ii) One helper per shift of 08 hours (Total 03 shifts per day) having minimum 10th class pass.

General Note applicable for item Nos. 1 to 3 :- (a) The operator employed by the contractor shall be capable of carrying out minor repair maintenance & should have well experience in electrical pump set & DG set field (b) Each shift duration shall be 8 hours & duty timing will be decided by Engr-in-Charge. (c) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for cost of labour for daily routine maintenance for trouble free functioning of installation. (d) Checking / Rectification of leakage of water. (e) Checking/Rectification of loose electrical/fuel/water connections. (f) Maintaining the general cleanliness and upkeep of the installation. (g) In case of any abnormal noise/ complaint the plant should be put off and same should be brought to the notice of Engineer-in-Charge. (h) The operator shall check oil level, fuel and inform Engineer-in-charge/JE regularly.

(j) The operator shall check the water / coolant level in radiator daily & top up as and when required. (k) The operator check level of electrolyte and distilled water in battery & top as and when required, maintain the record of specific gravity. (l) Check battery terminals, if found loose, tighten it properly. Battery terminals shall be cleaned regularly (m) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cotton waste, cleaning material etc & operator will ensure general area cleanliness and upkeep of the installation on daily basis.

(n) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes ,cess, levies etc as applicable including GST (o) The prevailing rate,wage,contribution etc shall be as applicable as on the bid submission end date. (p) In view of COVID-19 alerts various restrictive instructions issued concerned authorities from time to time. Hence additional precautions essential for the work shall be taken by the contractor by way of provisioning of masks, hand sanitizers, gloves etc to workmen and all local instructions issued by the Concerned Authorities and Station Authorities shall be complied with all relevant safety precautions covered under Model Rules for the protection of health and sanitary arrangement for workmen (Annexure ‘C’) of IAFW-2249) shall be strictly followed. Nothing extra is admissible on this account (q) The contractor shall also deploy additional man power as relief against weekly off,leave,holidays etc all as per existing Labour Act and shall substitute the operator accordingly for which no extra payment admissible. The unit rate quoted against items in Schedule ‘A’/BOQ shall be inclusive of this provision also. (r) The contractor shall pay the wages to the operator through e-payment i.e Aadhar linked bank accounts and Credit to their bank account. The wages shall not be less than prevailing minimum wages fixed by state Govt or central Govt whichever is more.

(s) It is responsibility of contractor to deposit the employees provident fund (EPF) to the concerned authority as per the prevailing scales as laid down by the Ministry of labour for all Electrician/operator/helper (as applicable) and necessary proof to this regard shall be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge for verification and records. The quoted rate shall be deemed to be included of above provisions. In case contractor fails to produce the proof of EPF, he shall be liable for action as deemed fit. Decision of GE in this regard shall be final and binding. (t) The contractor shall maintain all the registers under various labour law rules, 2017 and shall be produced to GE and as well as officers detailed by labour department. (u) In the case of absence of operator, penalty will be charged as doubled as quoted rate or Rs 1000/-per shift whichever is higher besides any loss/damages occurring during the period which will have to be made good by the contractor without any extra cast. (v) The contractor shall provide 02 uniforms to each operators & helper and design of uniform shall be got approved from GE. In case of failure, a penalty of Rs 100/- per day per operator will be levied and recovered from dues.

Disconnecting HT supply and taking out defective trolley of 33 KV VCB 400/630/800 amps of any make and type, servicing of trolley of VCB by cleaning isolating contacts moving parts removing dust particles from bus bar chamber spout gear mechanism and moving parts, repairs to motor change spring mechanism tightening of nut and bolts of entire trolley components all as directed inserting in trolley testing commissioning and putting on the supply on load complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 4 here in before but for 11 KV VCB complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out ACB of Siemens make, of capacity 800A to 3200A Amps, 3pole , 415 volts,125 KA indoor type from its sub cubicle and carrying out routine maintenance as per manufacturer maintenance manual, examine the moving isolating contacts for any discolouration, cluster contacts, remove the arc chutes, check the SMC moulding are intacts, examine the moving contacts main contacts silver tips, spring mechanism, clean all contacts with a suitable solvent and contacts regreased with HP multipurpose grease, all contacts setting checked, readjusted if required, and regreased with HP multipurpose grease, all tripping device like manual trip, undervoltage, shunt trip release, over current and earth fault tripping device to be tested, readjusted and confirm all tripping device is in healthy condition, check and record IR value of ACB, with 1.1. KV LT megger calibrating ground fault / short ckt, overload relays for tripping & timing complete and rendering test report complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes for item Nos.4,5 & 6 : - (a) The scope of work includes following :- (b) Inspection & cleaning the mechanism house (c) Operation of door interlock, interlocking plate & shutter operation inside of panel. (d) Check the Mechanical ON-OFF function, electrical & mechanical operation and damage part of VCB/ACB. (e) Re-greasing and oiling of breaker mech, adjustment of various mechanism setting as required, checking contact tightness, contact erosion pins, mannually vaccum check of VCB/ACB. (f) Racking-Rack out operation in Test & service position of VCB/ACB trolley. (g) Megger test (IR value - 1KV / 2.5KV) E-RYB, RY-YB, BR-R'R, Y'Y, B'B. (h) CRM Test (contact resistance) of Vacuum Inteerupter R, Y, B in on conditionout side of panel.

(j) Time test of contract pole by Test kit (in mile second). (k) Function of closing coil, Trip coil, spring charging motor, auxiliary contact, limit switches etc. (l) Checking & lubricationof varius interlocks. (m) Submission of test report in standard format of vacuum circuit breaker. (n) Tools & testing instruments reqd for servicing of VCB/ACB will be arranged by the contractor. (o) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of grease, lubricating material, cleaning material (p) After servicing, report will be furnished to Engr-in-Charge in standard format approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Opening the Panel board cubical type for located in different location below, cleaning the Bus Duct chamber, inspect the complete panel, tighten the all incoming, outgoing ACBs/MCCB s/ SFU of different capacity, nuts, bolts, bus bar insulator and replace with new one if required and heating up for removal of moisture, record its IR value with the help of 1.1KV megger including replacement of 3mm thick gasket & closing of all holes and charging the same of following panels complete all as specified and as directed.

f) Battery Charger

g) Sychronizing Panels Note : Rates quoted shall deemed to be included for sundry items viz cleaning material, anti moisture spray, nut & bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 3 mm thick for voltage upto 33 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.8 here in before but 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11 kv (size 2x1m) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for calibration of relays of make CSPC/AREVA/SIEMENS by primary current/voltage injection test complete for 33 KV/11KV VCB panels and ACB panels/ DG panels complete all as specified and as directed.

Servicing of oil cooled Transformer 3000 KVA of Kirloskar at MRS Vajrakosh by disconnecting incoming & outgoing power supply, opening up, cleaning the transformer internally & externally inspecting all the metering equipments, tightening all electrical connections checking & recording insulation resistance on both LT & HT sides, checking & recording earth resistance complete through authorised service engineer having Electical License all as specified and as directed.

Servicing of oil cooled Transformer 1600KVA to 1000KVA of Kirloskar at MRS/SS-1/SS-2/ Vajrakosh by disconnecting incoming & outgoing power supply, opening up, cleaning the transformer internally & externally inspecting all the metering equipments, tightening all electrical connections checking & recording insulation resistance on both LT & HT sides, checking & recording earth resistance complete through authorised service engineer having Electical License complete all as specified and as directed.

Servicing of dry cast Transformer 2000 KVA at DSS-16 by disconnecting incoming & outgoing power supply, opening up, cleaning the transformer internally & externally inspecting all the metering equipments, tightening all electrical connections checking & recording insulation resistance on both LT & HT sides, checking & recording earth resistance complete through authorised service engineer having Electrical License complete all as specified and as directed.

Servicing of oil cooled Transformer 750 KVA at DSS 17 A and DSS 17 B at Amdalli by disconnecting incoming & outgoing power supply, opening up, cleaning the transformer internally & externally inspecting all the metering equipments, tightening all electrical connections checking & recording insulation resistance on both LT & HT sides, checking & recording earth resistance complete through authorised Service Engineer having Electrical License complete all as specified and as directed.

Filtration of existing Transformer Oil including heating to improve di- electric strength of Oil to minimum 60 KV BDV including testing of BDV of the filtered oil before & after complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply of low viscosity transformer oil to make up /top up oil deficiency in transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply of Silica gel for transformers installed at vajrakosh area complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting to old steel surfaces of transformers-03,cable trays, HT indoor panel boards, LT in door panel boards of MRSS at Vajrakosh, with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade using spray gun including cleaning/ removing ,dust, dirt etc including writing in block letter its nomenclature complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for painting to old steel surfaces of transformers,cable trays, LT in door panel board of SS-1/SS-2/SS-3 at Vajrakosh, with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade using spray gun including cleaning/ removing ,dust,dirt etc including writing in block letter its nomenclature complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for painting to old steel surfaces of transformers-02,cable trays, HT /LT, indoor/out door panel board of DSS-16 (NAD) with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade using spray gun including cleaning/ removing ,dust,dirt etc including writing in block letter its nomenclature complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for painting to old steel surfaces of transformers-02,cable trays, LT indoor/out door panel board of DSS-16A & DSS-16 B at NAD area, with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade using spray gun including cleaning/ removing ,dust,dirt etc including writing in block letter its nomenclature complete all as specified and as directed

Servicing of RTGCC panel at MRS Vajrakosh by disconnecting incoming & outgoing power supply, opening up, cleaning the panel internally & externally inspecting all the metering equipments, tightening all electrical connections checking & recording incoming and outgoing supply complete through authorised service engineer having Electical License complete all as specified and as directed.

Servicing of 1010 KVA DG set of make Cummins, by opening up the rocker and cover, adjusting the rocker arm tappet gap, removing & cleaning the inlet & outlet valves, replacement of tappet cover gaskets, checking & adjusting fuel injection timing, removing the diesel feed pipes, cleaning thoroughly & pressure testing, removing the oil sump of engine, cleaning & replacement of Engine Oil , oil filters, fuel fitters, replacement of inlet manifold gasket, draining out diesel from diesel storage tank completely, cleaning the tank & drying, outlet & over flow pipes from tank to engine including replacement of spare parts as require etc & conducting load testing as per procedure and certificate for the same is to be submitted by authorised company (cummins) complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) Servicing of DG set shall be done by authorised service Engineer of Cummins only. (ii) Spare parts as requred shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only" (iii) Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be include for removing and fixing spare parts.

Servicing of 625 KVA DG set of make Cummins, by opening up the rocker and cover, adjusting the rocker arm tappet gap, removing & cleaning the inlet & outlet valves, replacement of tappet cover gaskets, checking & adjusting fuel injection timing, removing the diesel feed pipes, cleaning thoroughly & pressure testing, removing the oil sump of engine, cleaning & replacement of Engine Oil , oil filters, fuel fitters, replacement of inlet manifold gasket, draining out diesel from diesel storage tank completely, cleaning the tank & drying, outlet & over flow pipes from tank to engine. including replacement of spare parts as require, & conducting load testing as per procedure and certificate for the same is to be submitted by authorised company (cummins) complete all as specified and as directed.
