Providing & Fixing Horizontal Vessel type Pressure Sand Filter as below : Capacity: 94.7m3/Hr. Size of Vessel – 2450mm Dia. x 7450mm Horizontal x 12mm Thickness. Operating Pressure: 4.5 Kg/Cm2 at outlet. Design Pressure: 6.0 Kg/cm2 Mode of Operation: Manual Surface Loading Rate: 6.0 m3/hr./m2 Internal Coating :- Two or more food grade coating and other required coating as per who norms. External Coating :- Two are more coat of Synthetic enamel paint.

Filling of Filter Media: To Match with filteration rate & capacity of existing Pressure Filters to deliver treated water as per WHO norms.

Providing & Fixing Valves: Manually Operated Kirloskar, Zoloto or approved equivalent make sluice valve with all necessary material e.g. rubber packing, nuts bolts etc. Size: 100mm (4”)

Providing & Fixing Valves: Manually Operated Kirloskar, Zoloto or approved equivalent make sluice valve with all necessary material e.g. rubber packing, nuts bolts etc. Size: 150mm (6”)

Providing & Fixing Valves: Manually Operated Kirloskar, Zoloto or approved equivalent make sluice valve with all necessary material e.g. rubber packing, nuts bolts etc. Size: 250mm (10”)

Interconnection of Pipes & Fittings as per existing network : Service Cycle: Whenever Pressure drop across unit exceeds 0.8kg/cm2 Back Wash Duration: 30 Minutes Back Wash Mode – Manual Frontal Piping & Fittings – MS 6” of appropriate wall thickness Pressure Guage: 1 no. at inlet & 1 no. at outlet

Other Loading, Unloading, transportation, fixing valves, internal assembly of vessels and valves fitting, media filling etc. as per site requirement with all interconnection piping fittings etc. as per existing network.

Disconnecting existing filter vessel by pipes & valves.

Shifting existing filter vessel from foundation to designated location after removing the existing filter media & disposal of the same to desired location within 2Km distance.

Dismantling existing foundation of filter vessel & disposal of debris up to 2kms away from the site as per direction of engineer in charge.

Reconstructing R.C.C. – M25 new filter vessel foundation with design and drawing as same as existing.
