Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre in depth, for foundation, laying of pipes and LT cable and getting out, , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each in any type of soil , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Removing excavated spoil (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Dry sand cushioning to under ground cable all as per clause 19.75 of SSR Part - I laid before and after laying of cable, complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Sub class 'B' old size bricks well burnt as covering to under ground cables , laid dry, flat over the cables on sand cushioning with width equal to length of the brick as mechanical protection to cable in repair , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

GI tubes light grade 80 mm bore with all fitting/acessories for protection of cable on pole/wall and under road crossing including clamps, nut bolt etc and including sealing end of pipe with bituminous preformed wooden gutties , including taking down old unserviceable,complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply, laying , jointing , commissioning and testing cable (armoured) XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductors, 1100 volts grade including taking down old unserviceable of following size all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge:-

a) 35 sqmm. 3.5 core

b) 50 sqmm. 3.5 core

c) 70 sqmm. 3.5 core

d) 185 sqmm. 3.5 core

e) 300 sqmm. 3.5 core

f) 630 sqmm. 3.5 core

M&L for Painting steel tubular swaged poles 11 mtr long complete including all MS work mounted on pole, earth protection & water pipe (if exists) with one coat of aluminium paint and providing 05 Nos bands/straps with synthetic enamel paint (black and yellow 30 cm wide each) from top of plinth block and numbering of poles with white synthetic enamel paint on black ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Painting steel tubular swaged poles 9 mtr long complete including all MS work mounted on pole, earth protection & water pipe (if exists) with one coat of aluminium paint and providing 05 Nos bands/straps with synthetic enamel paint (black and yellow 30 cm wide each) from top of plinth block and numbering of poles with white synthetic enamel paint on black ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Automatic street light switch NATURE SWITCH for automatic switching of streets lights based on lux level of natural light. The sensor (nature switch ) along with suitable power contactor, MCB and support terminals should be enclosed in pole /wall mountable enclosure made out of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade special moulding compund (sintex make SMC Junction Box or equivalent as approved by GE ) conforming to IP-54. The contactor, MCB and circuit wiring shall be suitable enough to take load of 8 KW single phase load /8 KW load equally distributed over 3-phase (7 KW/phase), contactor rating 25 Amps, 4 pole and MCB (single pole) rating 32 amps (SP-3 Nos) complete including sheet metal enclosure with stand made of suitable size angle iron and grouting of enclosure using cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-I (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including taking down old unserviceable Make :- Model No. SWADEEP-02EC7KW 3 PHASE of Healer or equavalent to Schneider /Legrand

Disconnecting and taking down old unserviceable cable of any description and capacity and M&L for on existing poles of Arial Bunched cable 1.1 KV grade, stranded and compact aluminium phase conductor of size 50 sqmm, 3 core and 35 sqmmx 1 core (bare messenger/conductor) with aluminium alloy. The phase conductor should be insulated with XLPE Sioplas compound as per IS:14225-1995 Part-II complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note :- The rated quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of fittings such as anchor clamps, suspension clamps, in line connectors, service clamps, insulation piercing connectors, tapping from bare lines etc. and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

M& L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm including taking down old unserviceable ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-charge.

Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 3.15 mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 4.50 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 3.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed alternate layer of common salt and charcoal and a top layer of copper sulphate 150mm thick all as specified and as directed in drawing No CEAF/SK-60/2017 Dt 24.4.17 including bringing of mother soil from outside for filling holes, including Copper strip of size 20 x 3mm by means of nuts, bolts and check nuts, washers of copper up to main board/test point or as required including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil so as to achieve earth resistance below 3 Ohms including excavation of polypit chamber with polyplastic pit cover (cost of polypit chamber with polyplastic pit cover shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including dismantling of existing unserviceable earthing. Notes : (a) Copper strip beyond test point shall be measured and paid for separately. (b) Earthing resistance result shall be less than 3 Ω .If the result comes more than 3 Ω the contractor shall carry out the earthing at separate location/site given by the Engr-in-Charge after taking out of earth electrode without any extra cost to the deptt. (c) Test point terminal block shall be measured and paid for separately. (d) The contractor's quoted rates shall be deemed to include for dismantling/taking down of old unserviceable earthing of any type and making good the disturbed surfaces and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (e) Any other fittings/fixtures if technically required for achieving desired results (if not included above) shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the Govt. (f) If mother soil is not available then mother soil wil be provided by contractor from outside source without any extra cost to the Govt.

Supply & Fixing bus bar chamber and Weather proof outdoor bus bar chamber, made out of 1.6mm thick MS sheet comprising 4 Nos aluminium strips each of 300Amps, 60cm long duly insulated mounted on insulators incl MCCB 200 Amp complete with 4 No’s mounting legs made out of 25mm x 25mm x 6mm angle iron grouted in PCC block of size 30cm x 30cm x 90cm (30cm depth below ground level and 60cm above ground level) in cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm grade crushed stone aggregate), and connections with size of aluminium thimbles, nuts, bolts & washers including cable glands at entry and outlet points including excavation and earth work, returning filling and removal of surplus soils, including taking out old unserviceable bus bar chamber complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronze size 75 x 75 x 25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screws complete all as specified and directed including taking down old unserviceable.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead 20x3 mm Copper strip fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required, in repairs,complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.
