Providing and laying Autoclaved Aerated concrete blocks (AAC) masonry 150mm/230mm/300 mm thick AAC with Grade-1 blocks of density 551-650 kg/cum conforming to IS:2185 (Part 3) in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level with RCC band at sill level and lintel level with approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The payment of RCC band and reinforcement shall be made for seperately).

Supplying and fixing PVC coated mild steel angles flats etc. (PVC coated less than 0.70 thick) as in support as posts, struts in fencing including cutting tops to shapes as directed, drain holes notching for wire, flat iron fillets, (for securing wire mesh) including all necessary drilling, bolting and similar work confirming to Fe290 grade E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Extra for addition of synthetic Polyester triangular fibre of length 6 mm, effective diameter 10-40 microns and specific gravity of 1.34 to 1.40 in cement plaster/mortar by using 125 gms. of synthetic Polyester triangular fibre for 50 Kgs. cement used in cement mortar as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade:

Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface

New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:

One or more coats on old work

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Providing and fixing punch type concertina coil of 600mm round type having 50 spirals per 6 metre length, core wire, high tensile steel wire SS with wire dia 2.50mm grade 316 weight per coil 8.5 kg per 6 mtr and blade profile 10 and 22 as specified in IS 4454 including necessary wire for fixing coil on security compound wall Y shape MS angle as specified and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto of 5 kms for all lifts complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content.

With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre
