Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soil to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and requiring the sides of foundation

Supplying and filling in foundations and basement with filling sand in layers not more than 15cm. Thick well ramed, watered and compacted complete

Plain Cement Concrete 1 : 4 :8 ( one part of cement, four parts of sand and eight parts of hard broken stone ) using 40 mm gauge hand broken hard broken granite stone jelly complying with standard specifications in foundations and basement.

Brickwork in Cement mortar 1 : 5 mix using new II class bricks including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc complete.

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffits including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90x60cm&10gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25x25x3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10x6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm and supported by casurina props of 10-13cm dia sapced @75cm etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2 for the following items.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel or ribbed tor steel and all reinforced cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc complete complying with Standard departmentally at section stores and cost will be recovered at issue rate. The binding wire shall be supplied by the Contractor.

R.C.C. 1:1 1/2:3-using 20mm ISS HBGS metal including cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete

Plastering with CM 1:3,10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 20 x 20 x 2cm of approved quality laid in CM 1:3, 12mm thick. With water proofing compound confirming to IS by 2% by weight of cement used & the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same water proofing compound mixed with cement mortar, Red oxide etc., complete complying with standard specifications

Plastering with CM 1:5,12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

C.C. 1:3:6-using 40mm ISS HBGS metal including cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete

C.C. 1:2:4-using 20mm ISS HBGS metal including cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete

Exterior Emulsion Painting two coats with best approved quality and colour Exterior Emulsion Pain over one coat of Base coat including cost and convyance of all materials to work site and labour charges etc., complete. (S.Items no. 359-B)

CC Road

Providing Sand Filling to 100mm thick. including cost & conveyance of Gravel from approved sources to work site and stacking on road side to departmental metric gauge for pre measurements as directed including labour for spreading , watering etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Cement concrete 1 : 4 :8 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed for base course below Wearing course to Street.

Supplying and erecting centering shuttering including necessary supports for plane surface in foundation and basement and in all floors for R C C column footing etc complete

Cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 mix using 20mm HBG metal for all PCC works including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site from approved quarry including cost of cement which will be supplied departmentally including all labour for mixing, laying, compactiong, watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed. - for Wearing course to Street.

Cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 mix using 20mm HBG metal for all PCC works including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site from approved quarry including cost of cement which will be supplied departmentally including all labour for mixing, laying, compactiong, watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed. - for Wearing course to Street.

Collection and supply of gritty gravel for side berms including cost and conveyance of of materials from approved quarry to site including all labour charges for filling, Compacting etc.complete,
