Taking down shutdown, disconnecting existing primary/secondary repairable transformer of capacity upto 630 KVA indoor /outdoor type removing/ taking down for repair from existing cable and including earth wire all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE :-The contractor shall return the transformer duly repaired with in 20 days other wise a penalty of Rs 1000/- per day will be recovered from the firm.

M&L for Shifting including loading unloading and transporting of transformer 11 KV of size 50 to 630 KVA capacity with suitable arrangement after complete repair and satisfactory restoring from contractor’s workshop or work site including reconnecting with existing primary power cable and secondary power cable side & earthing of transformer after taking shut down and including testing & commissioning on existing load in the presence of officer nominated and Engr-in-Charge by contract complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :-(i) Winding wire and other items/spares and new transformer oil mentioned in above will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Placing /removing standby transformer in the place of defective transformer under repair including loading /unlaoding, shifting including transportation and make the system/line function will be the responsibility of the contractor, contractor quoted rates shall be inclusive of all these factors.

M&L for taking down oil from conservator in seperate oil container and taking out unserviceable oil level indicator and replacement of new oil level indicator as per existing size/type/make/model and refilling the same oil and testing etc complete as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the all electrical componant from transformer and opening the top cover after taking out the bush/stud and replacement the all gasket and oil seal of bushing and top cover and rectify the leakage of transformer oil in all respect as directed by Engr-in-charge of capacity 63 to 630 KVA transformer. Note :- All spare parts required during maintenance shall be measured and paid separately).

Renewal of existing GI plate earthig/Cu plate/Chemical earthing with provision of new layers of charcoal, salt and addiing earth enhance material for decreasing the resistance value upto less than one ohm all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge, including cleaning of existing earth plate, strip/wire etc and connecting with new bolts, nuts and washers complete and testing on completion in all respect as directed. Note: - Excavation, PCC for earth pit and cover, watering pipe, funnel with wire mesh, earth lead and protection pipe shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates

S&F galvanised iron strip as earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to walls or burried in ground of size 32x6 mm complete all as specified.

(ii) GI protection pipe and earthing strip beyond 7.5 mtr long shall be measured and paid seperatly . (iii) Test result should be less than 1 ohms or satisfaction of user. (iv) Material should not be less than 60 Kg Coal and 100 Kg Salt in each earthing.

Cleaning the sub station/transformer/two/foul pole structure around 5 m radious in every month duly taking down unwanted material/grass/vegetable roots/small tree etc complete, all as specified and as directed

Preperation of old painted surface of chainlink fencing, angle iron and ms flat of sub station including painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of asian make etc complete, all as specified and as directed

Note : If any defect occurred at any place of Udhampur Air Force area, the contractor will provide machnic & fault locator with material with in one hours for rectification of defects. If the contractor not provide the machanie and material with schedule time, the amount will be deduct 1000/hrs after receiving phone/massage/ watsup /email etc complete as specified and as directed.
