Dismantling timber scantling 40 Sqcm and over in section, in any position (Unframed work) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 2nd class hardwood timber clean sawn fixed as in scantlings, purlins, trusses complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling AC sheeting, thickness including eves gutter / rain water pipe complete & removal all as specified

Dismantling plain/corrugated steel sheeting, any guage, thickness including eves gutter / rain water pipe complete & removal all as specified

Dismantling steel work including gates, rafter, purlin, roof truss etc complete all as specified & as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel tubular sections steel of grade YSt 240 conform to IS 1161 in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, bracing and fastenings including distance pieces, cleats etc including one shop coat of zinc chromate primer after preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick and an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, tips, valley, gutters, length & girth as fixed with nail or screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Material, labour and fixed of power coated GI exposed snap grid frame work for false ceiling, size of grid 605 x 605 mm, including GI main tee of size 25mm x 35mmx0.7 mm ( minimum), GI cross tree of size 25mmx 35mmx 0.70mm and GI wall angle of size 25mmx25mmx0.7mm(minimum) suspended form soffit at approx 900mm centre to entre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including level clip and 6mm dia GI wire hanging arrangement with adjuster all as specified in clause no in drawing in section -8 of SSR part-II and including 4 mm thick high pressure steam cured non asbestos fibre cement designer board as per IS 14862 with applying of two coats of acrylic distemper over a coat of primer including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

Material, labour and fixed of power coated GI exposed snap grid frame work for false ceiling, size of grid 605 x 605 mm, including GI main tee of size 25mm x 35mmx0.7 mm ( minimum), GI cross tree of size 25mmx 35mmx 0.70mm and GI wall angle of size 25mmx25mmx0.7mm(minimum) suspended form soffit at approx 900mm centre to entre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including level clip and 6mm dia GI wire hanging arrangement with adjuster all as specified in clause no in drawing in section -8 of SSR part-II and including 9.5mm thick(minimum) gypsum board tiles with laminated of PVC film on the face side and polyester film on back side, designer board as per IS 2095 including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm in Cement Mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even smooth without using extra cement to the plastered surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

Material and labour for Painting 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint on wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth including preparation new surface and one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: Schedule of credit (SCHEDULE OF CREDIT) amount of Rs ₹ ___________ mentioned on Page No ____ shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
