Material and labour for Mirror polishing on existing marble/ granite/ Kota stone/ stone work where ever required to give high gloss finish complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for non-skid ceramic coloured printed tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular ) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular ) dark/printed area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in vertical surfaces such as skirtings, dados and risers to steps, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, over and including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 18 to 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, landings, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:6, and incliding rounding of edges of granite slabs 10 to 20 mm thick by grainding, rubbing and finished smooth, coloured as approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Front facia edges of granite slabs shall be rounding and finished smooth. The contractor shall quote his rates considering the above element, no extra paid on this.

Material and labour for 18 to 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in vertical surfaces and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite laid over and including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:5:10, type E2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), as in foundations, filling and mass concrete in sunken floors complete all as specified and as directed.
