Annual Maintenance of Road Surface Dressing Road Cleaning and Drain Repairing at I.A Kosi kotwan Distt Mathura.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen ,pressure distriubutor @ 0.2kg per sqm on the prepared bitumenous /granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing & laying 25 mm thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average of output 75 tonnes per hour using crushesed aggregate of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 5% of mix and filler , transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver with sensor control to the required grade ,level and alignment ,rolling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tandem rollers achieve the desired compaction as MoRT&H Specification Clouse 507 complete in all respects.

Supply & Laying of I shaped (Zigzag) precast lnterlocking tiles of thickness 80mm (Compressive strength not less then 30Mpa and weight 4.50k9) lncluding 0.30mm thick local sand base levelling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with local sand all complete work.

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with. Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface. Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads 0? 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 Sqm mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-2015 The finished surface to be level ,uniform and free from streaks and holes .

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : 13.46.1 New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm For kerb Stone.

Earthwork in Excavation for Desilting of Drain by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Disposal of Garbage taken out of Desilting of Drain including Cartage 5.00 Km. out of I.A. including, Labour T&P etc.

Supply of Sweeper,Cleaning & Sweeping of Road.
