Supply, laying, testing and commissioning XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 11 000Volts Earthed grade of size 95 Sqmm 3 core on fixing or passing through pipes complete all as specified and as directed

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exeeding 1.50m in depth for foundations, trenches for cable or pipe lines etc and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soil complete all specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meters above the starting point complete all specified and as directed.

Cutting the tar macadam road / hard standings for laying cable and excavating not exceeding 75cm wide and 75cm in depth and getting out including filing back and finishing with 200mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all specified and as directed.

M & L Galvanised Iron pipes 80 mm dia, light grade with all fitting and fixed to poles/route/drains, ceillings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix of drop out expulsion fuse single pole 11000 volts, exceeding 25 Amps and upto 50 Amps all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repairs switch air break gang operated, triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulators & steel frame with operation mechanism worked from ground level for current rating 200 Amps, 11000 volts complete all specified and as directed. Note- GOD shall be vertical type / horizental type which ever is suitable as per site requirement.

M & L Lightning arrester for out door use expulsion type with all fittings suitable for 11000 volts HT line transmission class of discharge capacity 65 KA complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Heat shrinkable cable jointing kit for 11 KV earthed grade cable for out door termination complete with jointing materials and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Mild steel Cross arms, angles, bracings, supports, clams and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending colt or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one coat of red oxide primer & two coats synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Danger notice plate 1.6 mm thick mild steel vitreous enameled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour fixed with MS clamps bolts and nut etc. of size 25 x 20 cm for HT 11000 volts all as specified and as directed.

M & L Earthing with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25m below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to and including GI strip 32x6 mm as earth lead by means of bolts and nuts, check nuts and washers etc made of GI & connected to equipment and earthing test point, earth dolly all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I including all necessary earth work, excavation, PCC chamber 1:2:4 type B1, RCC1:2:4 type B1 cover with handle, and 20mm dia GI watering pipe and 40 mm dia light grade GI for protection of earth strip, wire mesh, funnel, charcoal dust & common salt, etc and testing on completion all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for fixing in repair GI strip of 32 x 6 mm for extending the earth continuity to the utility point / equipment fixed properly on procelain insulators as required all as specified and directed.

S & F Double Wall Corrugated HDPE Pipe, IS-16205, size outer dia 160 mm for cable protection in wall/under ground laying of UG cables including SNAP-FIT Coupler and all fittings as required at site complete all as specified and as directed
