M&L for spray painting of transformer preparation of old painted surfaces of steel body by brushing/cleaning stain, greasy spots with thinner outside of transformer indoor/outdoor type capacity 63 KVA to 160 KVA to match with existing colour complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 1 above here-in-before but capacity of 200 KVA to 315 KVA

Dehydration of HV grade transformer oil (On line/off line), to achieve dielectric strength 40 KV to 60 KV for HV grade, complete all as specified and directed. Note - Centrifuging Machine with all T&P & testing eqpt required for dehydration to be arranged by the contractor.

Supply and filling, transformer oil HV grade as per IS-335 of 1993 Part-II for top up / replacment as per direction by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for rewinding HV/LV coils of transformer of using proper size super enameled copper wire suitable for working voltage 11 KV/0.433 KV including three layerinsulated materials as per eisting size of core including testing & commissioning complete all as specified and directed at site NOTE :- i). Oil filtration,supply of new oil will be measured separately. ii). All petty parts including nut, bolts, gasket minor weldings are deemed to be included the rate quoted. iii). The rate for taking out,refixing after repair,both side transportation, lifting /unloading of voltage stabilizer/isolation transformer by crane /manual should be deemed to include in the rate quoted.

M & L for 11 kv/0.433 KV HT/LT side transformer coils, removing unsv/burnout insulation materials, and reinsulation with new insulated materials with three layer complete as per existing including heating, varnishing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting HT supply and servicing of 33 KV outdoor type VCB by cleaning isolating contacts moving parts removing dust particles from bus bar chamber spout gear mechanism and moving parts, repair to motor charge spring mechanism tightening of nut & bolts and replacement of all unserviceable spares as required and all as directed, testing commissioning and putting on the supply on load complete all as directed by the Engr-in-charge. Note: - (i) Servicing will be done once in every 06 months or as directed by Engr-in-Charge (ii) Spares as required for replacement will be of the same company as of existing make or as recommended by the OEM (iii) Cost of spares will be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (iv)) All Measuring equipments and T&P required shall be arranged by the contractor.

Disconnecting HT supply and servicing of 33 KV indoor type VCB control panel by cleaning isolating contacts moving parts removing dust particles ,tightening of nut & bolts and replacement of all unserviceable spares as required and all as directed, testing commissioning and putting on the supply on load complete all as directed by the Engr-in-charge. Note: - (i) Spares as required for replacement will be of the same company as of existing make or as recommended by the OEM (ii) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for necessary T&P, nuts, bolts, washers, gasket, insulation tape, compound, painting of VCB panels with approved colour all as per existing etc. to put in to the VCBs and panels in serviceable condition, testing and commissioning all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) Major spares like Breaker bushings, vacuum interrupter assly, bus bar spout, bus bar spout connections, circuit spout/circuit spout connections/buffer fixed contacts, moving contacts, tank assly/barriers, solenoid spares, dependent/spring mechanism/ motor mechanism, trip unit etc will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Schedule 'A'. However the rate quoted shall be deemed to include for any other minor spares require replacement.

Disconnecting HT supply and taking out defective trolley of 11 KV VCB of any make and type and servicing of VCB by cleaning isolating contacts moving parts removing dust particles from bus bar chamber spout gear mechanism and moving parts, repair to motor charge spring mechanism tightening of nut & bolts of entire trolley components and replacement of all unserviceable spares as required and all as directed, inserting in trolley, testing commissioning and putting on the supply on load complete all as directed by the Engr-in-charge. Note: - (i) Spares as required for replacement will be of the same company as of existing make or as recommended by the OEM (ii) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for necessary T&P, nuts, bolts, washers, gasket, insulation tape, compound, painting of VCB panels with approved colour all as per existing etc. to put in to the VCBs and panels in serviceable condition, testing and commissioning all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) Major spares like Breaker bushings, vacuum interrupter assly, bus bar spout, bus bar spout connections, circuit spout/circuit spout connections/buffer fixed contacts, moving contacts, tank assly/barriers, solenoid spares, dependent/spring mechanism/ motor mechanism, trip unit etc will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Schedule 'A'. Taking down old unsv/rusted/corroded HT junction box and Supply, installing, testing & commisioning outdoor type feeder pillar box suitable for 11 KV HT Bus Bar Chamber, CPRI approved made out of 3.15 mm CRCA mild steel sheet, powder coated, dust and vermin proof with rain water protection, double door type with locking arrangements, size of feeder pillar box not less than 1.0 m x 0.50 m x 1.15 m with provision of HT 11 KV post insulators, 3 Nos. fixed inside with suitable size of aluminium bus bars for cable connections and 11000 volts danger notice board on both sides, All steel metal works including frame shall be with anticorrosive coating with seven tank process and finally epoxy polyester powder coating of Siemens grey RAL- 7035 shade, panel to be fixed at 45 cm above ground level on brick masonry plateform including 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) around the area upto 1.5 Mtr in all directions from the panel all as directed.
