Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles. and removing debries outside MD land at the location decided by the Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of debris out of MD land at the location decided by the Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.(Roof Kerbs) and removal of debris out of MD land at the location decided by the Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement Mortar(1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 6 above but except stone

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in Cemen Mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-Cast Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C1( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in bond stone set in Cement Mortar (1:4.) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as copping. complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for 20mm hammer dressing of face and joints of Random Rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought upto course with cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick walling, even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 400X400mm X24 to 25 mm thick PCC designed machine pressed pre polished tiles (factory make and approved size) as if floors, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement with pigment over 15mm thick screed bed in CM(1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Dora stone tiles 300mmX300mmX10mm to 15mm thick, set jointed and pointing in neat cement slurry in floor including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement Mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine pressed pre cast concrete interlocking chemically treated paver block any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment.complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.
