Dismantling Brick/Tile Work Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structures comprising of brick masonry, including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lift and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specifications Clause 202 for Rural Roads of MORD. Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curve dor straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) (When the height of a particular floor is more than 4 m the equivalent floor height shall be taken as 4 m and extra for works beyond the initial 4 m ht. shall be allowed under 12 (e) for every 4 m or part thereof) (i) 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge (ii) 25 mm to 30 mm shuttering without staging in foundation

Earthwork in excavation in all kinds of soil for making embankments, repairs to the embankment, closing breaches etc. as per profile including supply and transporting the earth by truck or tractor or any other mechanical means on land , including loading, transporting, unloading and stacking with all lifts bothways and head load where necessary and depositing the same on embankments, clannels, filling depressions in requisite profile,levellingasper direction ofthe Engineer-in-charge within a lead of: i) Beyond 4.00 KM and upto 5.00 km. For compensation for earth for land owned and arranged by Contractor add Rs. 25.00 per m³ extra over rate of E/W for land owned / arranged by the Department. Royality Charges on earth @29.00/ cum and Cess on Royality @Rs. 5.30/ Cum

Cutting uprooting and clearing jungles including shrubs, water weeds, bushes, trees, plants, upto 30 cm. girth including removing as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
