Structured LAN cabling

The OEM/Bidder should have an experience of executing and maintaining LAN Works, CCTV work, Command Centre, Audio Visual System in Government Sector i.e. Public Sector Undertakings, Autonomous Bodies, Research and Educational Institutions etc. The vendor should have proof of executing one such LAN work minimum extent of Rs.25 Lakhs in any one of the 03 (Three) financial years (2023-24,2024-25 and 2025-26). Proof of the same shall be submitted.

The OEM/ bidder should be a registered company / Partnership firm under Companies Act, 2013 / the Indian Partnership Act, 1932. Should enclose attested photocopy of such certificates with their Bid. The OEM/Bidder should be in line of business for at least minimum of 5(Five) years or above in Karnataka with registered Regional Office/Head Office

The OEM/bidder must have an office in Bangalore, Karnataka. OEM/ bidder should enclose attested copies of Property tax bill/ Lease agreement, Electricity Bill, Telephone Bill, GST Registration and PAN as proof of the office address

The OEM / Bidder should be an Authorized System Integrator having a direct purchase and support agreement with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for Network active components

The Vendor should have Service Center operating in Bangalore. (Communication address, technician details, telephone number including mobile no. should be provided).

The vendor company should have annual turnover of Rs.100 lakhs or above from businesses relating to sales and support for Networking Systems, Computer Hardware in India during all the 3 financial years (2023-24,2024-25 & 2025-26). Bidder should furnish copies of audited balance sheets for the last 3 financial years (2023-24,2024-25 & 2025-26) in support of annual turnover or Certificates issued by Chartered Accountant
