REPAIR TO DRAIN, PATH, CULVERT, STEEL RAILING, FENCING, BOUNDARY WALLS, GATES AND OTHER MISC B/R WORKS IN AOR OF AGE BR-II UNDER GE (WEST) PATHANKOT

Demolition of brick work , built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc including demolition of precast rcc articles and disposal of debris out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete or lime concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and Pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level ) and removing the debris outside from defence land,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and thickness on walls/ceilings etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required and removing of debris out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Demolition of reinforced concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed by enge-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises and removing the debris outside from defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of posts or struts (RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground surfacescomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismentling of mild steel wire/wire mesh of any description not other wise provided for, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition and breaking up any dia drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, PVC/AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar,and taking out of trenches, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
