Excavation in foundation , trenches etc.( in pipes & pits), in all kinds of soil such as pickwork, jumper work blasting work, in soft / hard rock, including chiseling wedging out of rocks clearance of bushes etc.including shoring, dewatering etc. in all leads and lifts stacking the excavated soil upto any lead and lift clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth , sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus earth complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying,jointing and testing of in trenches ( to level or grade) of GMS pipes Medium Clas ( bevelled edge butt welded pipe 50mm dia conforming to IS 1239-2004( Latest with upto date ammendments) as specified , suitable to withstand required hydraulic test pressure including fixing of required number of bends of all degree,tee complete in all respects . The laying of pipes shall conform to IS 5822-1994 as well as CPHEEO manual and will include all operations such as jointing including flushing , cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respects with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing double flanged cast steel sluice valve of 50 mm dia class ASA -150 having test pressure of 21 kg Cm2 of Leader/ Kirloskar /Kartar make as per BIS 1414- API-600 complete in all leads and lifts complete in all respects inclcuding required No.of Nuts and bolts and gasket sheet not less than 4mm in thickness to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge ..

Providing horizontal spindle horizontal split casing/end suctions (back pull out arrangement) single/double multistage centrifugal pump of recommended make such as Mather and Platt/ KSB/ Kirloskar as per BIS-1520-1980 with up to date amendments, read with IS: 9137-1978 or latest edition suitable for lifting clear water for under mentioned characteristics with Bronze impellers/priming funnels, casing ring and shaft sleeves of bronze, shaft of steel grade EN-8 with cast iron casing coupled directly through a flexible coupling on a MS/Cast steel base plate ( base plate to be from the manufacturers of the pumping unit only) to Squrrel cage induction motor of standard make such as Kirloskar/Crompton/ NGEF and suitable for operation on 400 (+)/-) 10% volts, 50 cycles/second, 3 phase AC electric supply. The power of electric motor should be at least 10% in excess of the maximum power required by the pump in the operation range of (+) 10% and (-) 15% of the duty point head. The motor should be as per IS: 325-1978 with up to date amendments read with IS: 900-1972. It shold include the cost of bearing nuts, bolts and painting etc and should meet the following requirement.

Supply of Kirloskar/Leader make dia. cast steel Class ASA-150 double flanged sluice valve having one dia Higher than pump size to delivery of pump and capable of with standing nominal seat pressure of 21.00 kg/cm2 as per BIS1414-API -600 as per technical specification sheet attached complete in all respect & to the entire satisfacction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing double flanged cast steel non return valve having dia one dia higher than delivery of pump class ASA -150 having test pressure of 21 kg Cm2 of Leader/ Kirloskar make as per BIS 1868- API-600 complete in all leads and lifts complete in all respects inclcuding required No.of Nuts and bolts and gasket sheet not less than 4mm in thickness to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .

Supply of Kirloskar/Leader make dia. cast steel double flanged (swing check type ) refelux valve having bye pass arrangement and size equal to dia of rising main i.e. 50 mm capable of with standing nominal seat pressure of 1 class ASA -150 having test pressure of 21 kg Cm2 complete in all respect & to the entire satisfacction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing GI piping work (Layout to be approved by the Engineer in charge) for suction and delivery pipes suitable to pump(s) offered and common header as per the R/Main respectively complete with all specials such as bends, tees, reducers. Increasers with companions flanges matching with the relevant specifications of the accessories including rubber/asbestos gasket of minimum 3mm thckness as per IS:2712:1979 and required number of nuts and bolts as per IS:1364:1983, The Pipes fittings and joints shall be as per relevant IS code & to withstand 1.5 times total head. The size of the various components incorporated in the technical specification sheet complete in all respect.
