HT Drilling, removing & Laying of 11KV 3 X 300 XLPE cable Using Trenchless technology method at a depth of about 1.2Mtr or more by using directional drilling unit quipped with automated pipe handling system (Horizontal Directional drilling machine), Using bentonite mud mixing system and all necessary accesories using pulling in the cable carefully inside the HDPE pipe (PE6) (Supplied by the contractor) without damaging other service like telephone,Internet cables water pipes,etc., instalation including cost of pipe, hire charges for all the accessories and equipment etc. Taking the nessary drive pit for drilling & laying the cable, remove the excaveted earth. The rate quoted for including the charge of GPR (Ground penetrating Radar) survey for identifying the existing utlity in the proposed bore path.

Erection of Heat shrinkable outdoor type 3X300 Sq.mm Cable termination kit including cost of all labours lead ,lift, errection and testing etc., complete.(Materials Supplied by the TNPDCL).

Erection of straight through Heat shrinkable 3X300 Sq.mm Cable joint kit including cost of all labours lead ,lift, errection and testing etc., complete (Materials Supplied by the TNPDCL).

Providing MS barricading 1.5 m height using MS sheet 4 mm thick MS angle 50x50x8 mm base channel 100 x 50 of all materials, leads, lifts, labour, welding and erection, transporting at site, placing in position, shifting to new location after completing works, tools & plants etc., complete

Transporting of 11 KV cable drums including cost of loading at stores, unloading of 11 KV cable drums in lorries using truck mounted crane for both loading and unloading including cost of labour, required etc.,

Cutting the cable of required length and sealing the ends with suitable end caps for 11 KV XLPE cables, including cost of all materials, Tools and Plants,leads and lifts etc., complete (Locally enquired rate)

Casting and placing of RCC offset slab (cable route indication slab)of size 750x750x60 mm castingin RCC 1:3:6 using 12 to 20 mm HBG metal with necessary reinforcement,piling, shuttering,curing,transport from cast yard to various locations & fixing the slab along 11 KV cable. (a)Cable route marker for required places (engraving TNPDCL HT (or) 11 KV Power cable)

Transporting of 11 KV empty drums loading at site and devolution of empty11 KV steel cable drum each weighting 1 to 1.5 T from various work site and balance cable if any to departmental stores.

LT Earth work exlavation in all soils, black topping ect., Removing the Paver Blocks of 30 CM thickness and forming cable open trench at road crossing 60 CM wide and 135 CM deep (clear) including cost of using machinary providing danger lights, indication arrangements wherever necessary labour, lead, lift, tools and plants etc., complete the removed tar blacks debris shall be removed stock at free place of site for requested by Highways and corporation departments.

Excavation of cable trench Drilling Removing and laying of LT XLPE of size 4 X 240, 4 X 120 Sq.mm cable using open trench method at adepth of about 60 cm wide and 135 cm depth and all necessary accessories using pulling in the cable carefully inside the HDPE pipe (PE6) (supplied by the contractor) with out damaging other service like Telephones, Inter net cables, water pipes etc. installation including cost of pipe hire charges for the accessories and equipments etc. including cost of providing danger light indication arrangement where ever necessary lead lift labour and tools and plants etc complete the removed tar blocks debris shall be removed stock at free place of height requested by high ways and corporation department.

Excavation of cable trench Laying of LT XLPE of size 2 X 16, 4 X 25 Sq.mm cable using open trench method by removing the favour blocks of 30 cm thickness and forming cable open trench at road crossing 60 cm wide and 60 cm deep (clear) with out damaging other service like Telephones, Inter net cables, water pipes etc. installation including cost of pipe hire charges for the accessories and equipments etc. including cost of providing danger light indication arrangement where ever necessary lead lift labour and tools and plants etc complete the removed tar blocks debris shall be removed stock at free place of height requested by high ways and corporation department.

Refilling with excavated earth by using soil in layers and well consolidated as per standared specification including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete Total cable trench excavated

Uncoiling and laying of LT cable of size 4 x25 and 2 x 16 Sq.mm for service connection including excavation of trench laying of cable refilling of trench and termination of cables and transportion

Transporting of the remains of the empty cable drums (iron materials) to the stores for devolution including loading and unloading, leads and lifts, etc., complete.

Uprooting of tree cutting charges including labour charges, power machine with hire charges

Supplying and pasting of stencil cut stickers with good adhesives with lettres showing ''TNEB, 440 V and Danger with Skull and Bone symbols'' etc including cost all materials, lead, lift, labour etc., complete. (LMR)
