Dismantling of complete defective Ceiling fan of 1200 mm sweep (i.e.,) down rod with its Canopies, Shackle, Blade,Condenser housing with its rubber bushes, split pins, unscrewing the body parts of Ceiling fan, taking out starter, rotor winding,ball bearing, gun metal bush etc. complete to carry out the following repairs :- (a) Removing of burnt out fan winding and rewinding of starter winding with suitable size of Copper enamelled wire,( weight of copper coil shall be same as per dismantled Fan) varnishing heating and testing as per manufactures designed & specifications and as directed by Enge-in-charge. (b) Re-assembling complete Ceiling fan by fixing only serviceable of old/new spare parts (i.e.) rubber bush of shackle and condenser housing, condenser, gun metal bushes,blades, ball bearing, twin twisted Copper cable, down rod assembly with its shackle condenser housing and Canopies & split pins complete all as specified and design to give designed air delivery including greasing, oiling, cleaning outer body & surfaces etc all as directed.

All as per Item No.04 above but ceiling fan 1400mm sweep.

S & F for energy efficient exhaust fan havey duty of 380 mm sweep made of metal body Ventil Air -DS type complete with louver with bolts nuts and washers size of the bolt 15 cm long 12 mm dia embedded in the wall including provision of PVC flexible copper cable of size 23/0.0076 two core from ceiling rose to exhaust fan for connection and making suitable size of hole to existing brick wall for fan base including writting the MES Number with synthetic enamel paint compelte all as specified and directed. Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m deep in hard/dense soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for taking down existing Electric geyser storage type of any size in position and re-fixing the same after preparation of old painted/rusted surfaces of 25/50 ltrs capacity geysers from different-different locations of MD Accn/OTM,including painting of the same with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc. and writing MES Number in black paint with skilled painter, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
