Taking down chowkhat or frame with shutter area not exc. 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters area exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down shutters of wooden or aluminium door of any description not exc 1 Sqm each complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down shutters of wooden or aluminium door any description area exc 1 Sqm and not exc 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing wooden or aluminium door shutters of any description not exceeding 1 Sqm each in the same opening after taking down, easing and adjusting including refixing builders hardware, glass etc as required and renewal of unserviceable screws complete all as specified and directed. Note : Glass, boards, aluminium snap bead, rubber beading for aluminium door and window shutter if required new to be measured and paid separately.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door frames/ Chowkhat of size 50 X 100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified & directed. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note : For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

S&F 30mm thick factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain Flush door shutter comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws complete all as specified & directed. Note : Stainless steel butt hinges and necessary SS screws shall be paid separately.

S&F 30mm thick factory made solid WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) (Wire mesh) door shutter consisting of Density 650 Kg/Cum Manufactured by an ISO-9001-2015 certified Company , Door to be panelled with SS mosquito Mesh and XTN aluminium Mesh for additional strength and safety purpose. (confirming as per IS:4020). The door should be water proof, termite proof, fire retardant and having screw holding capacity fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws complete all as specified & directed. Note : stainless steel butt hinges and necessary SS screws shall be paid separately.
