Design,Supply and Installtion of Automatic Conveyer Belt at Baggage Break Area at New Terminal Building at Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport Nagpur. Having the follwing technical specificatios are as follows. 1)Material of Belt :- Imported Quality Construction, conveyer with endless belt 2) Thickness of Belt : Minimum 5.5 mm 3) Weight of each Container Assembly = Approx 500 kgs 4) Length of conveyers -1 = 10 feet 5) Mechanical Shaft Bearing EN -24 Grade & SKF Bearings. 6) Width of Conveyers = 4feet 7) Maximum height of the conveyer top belt from ground = depending on actuals 8) Reverse forward switch & box powder coated. 9)Maximum load of conyer = 500 kgs 10) Speed of conveyer = Variable as per requirement 11) 2HP AC Drive Panel MCB control relay ABB drive 12) Length of conveyer with idle rollers at belt exist = 450 mm 13) Suitable drive mechanisms including motor and gearbox shall also be provided. Bed roller are required to keep the assembly base parallel to the ground. 14) weekly maintenance inspection at site for a initial period of one year. 15) Breakdown support 24x 7. (Aproval of Design, Make and Sample is necessary by MIL officer In charge, before installation of the said work )
