Earth work in embankment by mechanical means by truck carriage with locally available ordinary/ Normal soil excluding sandy & rocky soil free from roots & vegetation and filling in uniform layers not exceeding 25 cm thick including ploughing or roughening or benching the seats, removing all debries, breaking clods up to 4 cm cube, dressing as per design section and compection with three wheel static roller of 18-100 KN capacity in layers not exceeding 30cm in thickness and core cutter soil test at every layer and every 500m distance, etc complete as directed. Collection of sand gravel from approved quarry containing 60% sand and 40% gravel free from disintegrated and flaky pieces of vegetation and other deleterious matters, adherent coating etc. including stacking in suitable stacks at quarry site etc. complete as directed.

Labour charge for laying of soling stone, brick bats, broken stone metal, sand gravel etc. on approach road including ramming dressing the seat and local carriage of materials up to a distance of 60 m complete as directed.

Supply of Geo Bags Type-B (Size 2.00m x 1.50m inner to inner) (pillow Type) made of composite layers of polypropylene (PP) fibre as per IS 16653:2017 for nonwoven and IS 16654:2017 for woven: Woven Geo-textile for the outer cover (300gsm): The woven geo textile is woven with multi-filament woven fabric manufactured from Ultra Violet stabilised polypropylene. Geo-textile used to manufacture geo-textile bags should have high mechanical properties for enhanced durability along with enhanced puncture, abrasion and U.V. resistance characteristics. Geo-textile should be inert to biological degradation and resistant to naturally encountered chemicals, alkalis, and acids. Filling and laying of nonwoven Geo-textile bag of dimension 2.00mx1.50m including excavation of specified silt from flood plain or adjacent chars within a distance of 90m of the work site, filling geo bags with sand having minimum volume 0.612 cum after filling ,double locking chain stitching the mouth of the filled bags with polypropylene thread by power driven double needle machine, laying at proper site including all handling charges and local carriage within a distance of 100m complete as directed. ( Geo Bag and Polypropylene thread will be supplied by the department free of cost) With Engine Boat (Apron).

Filling and laying of Geo-bags of size 1.03mx0.70m excluding excavation of sand from flood plain or adjacent chars within a distance of 90m of the work site, filling Geo-bags with sand having minimum weighting 126.00kg and minimum volume 0.084 cum after filling, double locking chain stitching mouth of the filled bags with poly propylene thread by power driven double needle double stitched machine, stacking the same batches of 100, carrying the same to the dumping site including all handling charges all local carriage within a distance of 150m and laying properly as directed ( Sand, Geo-bags, and Polypropylene thread will be supplied by the Department free of cost). Without boat (Pitching).

Manufacturing , supplying and fixing retro reflective sign boards of size 1.22m X 0.76 mmade up of 4mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type -IV of ASTM-D-4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC:67-2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class-2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20cm c/c to back support frame of MS angle iron of size 25X25X3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2- nos of 900mm thick pipe vertical post (AISI-202 Grade) of length 3750mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade of concrete 30cmX30cm X30cm etc. completeand including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing MS message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical post to be painted blackand white colours). Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropiate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per grawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of Pre-stressed Cement Concrete (PSC) Porcupine members of size 0.10mx0.10mx3.00m with M-30 grade of cement concrete conforming to IS 1343:2012 using super- plasticizer @ 1.2 lit /bag of cement with graded broken course aggregates upto 20 mm size down conforming to IS 10262:2009 and IS 456:2000 and reinforced with 4nos. of 4mm dia high tensile steel wire cable with necessary cover and 4mm high tensile stirrups at 250mm c/c in comformity with IS-6403:R2002 and stressed to required strength not exceeding 9.18 N/mm, holes of 16mm dia at 50cm inside from both ends in the same face and in either face of post another 2 nos. of holes of size 16 mm at 65 mm inside from both ends including properly curing for 21 (twenty one ) days and carriage of porcupine members from factory to the stack yard within a distance upto 20 km including loading, unloading & stacking complete as directed.
