SCHEDULE 'A'

Comprehensive manning for operation and maintenance of central AC plant capacity 17 TRx3, 440 volt, AC 3 phase, 4 wire 50 Hz with One Refg Mech (semi-skilled) through out the day in 3 shift of 8 hour per shift (including sunday/holiday) with daily check and cleaning including monthly, quarterly, half yearly periodical maintenance, including minor repairs of central AC plant including first hand repairs with all minor consumables and spare parts of central AC plant capacity 17 TRx3 comprising of compressors, motors, condenser, chillers, AHUs, refrigerant piping control, pumps, water supply pipe line and controls, cooling towers, electrical control panel board, instruments, starters, strip heaters including provision of control cabling/wiring and including cleaning of surroundings area upto 10m of plant room/cooling tower/water make up tank all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for smooth and efficient performance of AC plant to achieve desired inside conditions with one semi- skilled Ref/Mech throughout 24 hours in 3 shifts of 8 hrs per shift (including sundays and holidays) including providing and maintaining the log sheet and connected documents including operation of DG Set 100 KVA for 34 TR AC Plant of MSL shed and comprehensive maintenance (daily check & Cleaning) and providing and maintaining the log sheet for running of DG Set complete all as specified and as directed. (i) AC plant in operating state will be handed over at the commencement of the contract through Work Order. (ii) Though maintenance of ducting is not included, adjustment of grills and repairs to grills to achieve proper flow of conditioned air is deemed to be included in the unit rate. NOTE: - DHPP for running of DG will be issued by the department as free for filling under Sch 'B' and The agency shall make arrangement to collect from GE Bengdubi MT Yard to 16 FAD MSL Shed AC Plant DG Set Room.)

Outsourcing for operation and maintenance of AC Plant at NBC Shed 5 FOD of capacity 3 x 39 TR, 440 volt,AC 3 phase, 4 wire 50 Hz with One Refg Mech (semi-skilled) through out the day in 3 shift of 8 hour per shift (including sunday/holiday) with daily check and cleaning including monthly, quarterly, half yearly periodical maintenance, including minor repairs of central AC plant, comprising of compressors, motors, condenser, chillers, AHUs, hot water genrefrigerant piping control, pumps, water supply pipe line and controls, cooling towers, electical control Panels etc including cleaning of cooling tower/water make up tank as specified and directed for smooth and efficient function of AC plant to achive desired inside conditions including operation and maintenance of stand by DG set of capacity 250 KVA, 440 volt,AC 3 phase, 4 wire 50 Hz , Make - Kirloskar for supply of electricity to AC plant during the power failure or as when required including operation of central pannel change over switch etc and repair to minor defects as when required and removal of vegetation upto 10m arround the installation as and when required including providing and maintaining the log sheet for DG and AC plant all as specified and as directed. (i) AC plant in operating state will be handed over at the commencement of the contract through Work Order. (ii) Though maintenance of ducting is not included, adjustment of grills and repairs to grills to achieve proper flow of conditioned air is deemed to be included in the unit rate. Outsorcing for operation and maintenance of AC Plant at 38 AMSD of capacity 3 x 7.5 Central AC Plant and 3 X 8.75 Package AC, 440 volt, AC 3 phase, 4 wire 50 Hz with One Refg Mech ( semi-skilled ) through out the day in 3 shift of 8 hour per shift (including sunday/holiday) with daily check and cleaning including monthly, quarterly, half yearly periodical maintenance, including minor repairs of central AC plant, comprising of compressors, motors, condenser, chillers, AHUs, hot water genrefrigerant piping control, pumps, water supply pipe line and controls, cooling towers, electical control Panels etc including cleaning of cooling tower/water make up tank as specified and directed for smooth and efficient function of AC plant to achive desired inside conditions including operation and maintenance of stand by DG set of capacity 110 KVA, 440 volt,AC 3 phase, 4 wire 50 Hz , Make - Kirloskar for supply of electricity to AC plant during the power failure or as when required including operation of central pannel change over switch etc and repair to minor defects as when required and removal of vegetation upto 10 m arround the installation as and when required including providing and maintaining the log sheet for DG and AC plant all as specified and as directed. Outsourcing for Operation of DG Set of capacity 31.5 KVA 440 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz, AC , In 2 shift with one semi-skilled trademan per shift (Each shift is for 8 hrs including Sunday & Holiday also) at BENGDUBI MIL EXCHANGE as specified and as directed. NOTE: - DHPP for running of DG will be issued by the department as free for filling under Sch 'B' and The agency shall make arrangement to collect from GE Bengdubi MT Yard to Millitary Exchange DG Set Room.)

Providing 02 Nos of Meter readers (semi skilled) and making arrangement for noting and recording the readings of electric/ electronic meters of any type and any capacity located at different consumers premisis (commence wef 1st of each month) e.g. MD Accn of Officers, Single Accn of Officers, MD Accn of PBORs, OTM, Staff of KV School, MES/ Civil quarters and outside pocket station like EPU, CISU, Plant Coy Wksp, GRTE, Transit Camp, MC/MF Det NJP, ACDA Siliguri, Stn HQ Siliguri etc within AOR of Bengdubi Mil Stn including entering the readings in user's meter cards and also entering in a separate register held with meter reader duly signed by users of respective premises. It also includes preparing electric consumption report and generating computerised report/ return of recoveries of each consumer as per required format and submitting the same to BSO sub-division of GE Bengdubi upto 10th of each month as directed. Providing necessary services with computer and laser printer in the Revenue Section of BSO sub-division for preparation of occupation/ vacation R/R and updating of meter reading register etc. Maintain rentable building register on the basis of occupation/ vacation reports or any other work as directed. Qualification of Meter Readers:- The deployed meter reader should have qualification at per Semi-skilled person i.e. High School capable to read and write English & Hindi with basic knowledge of computer operation, type of electric meters and taking their electricity consumption reading.
