Surface Dressing uneven surfaces of natural ground/road berms not exceeding 15cm deep in soft/loose soil, levelling the ground by filling the low lying patches of ground with the same soil, wearing, well ramming to make the surface even and removal of surplus soil & vegetation not exceeding 50 Mtrs, complete all as specified and as directed by the EIC.

Scaryifying of picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 Sqm and exc 50 mm and not exc 150mm in depth, complete all as specified and as directed by the EIC.

M&L for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mmsize) of granite, trap of bassalt, spread, rolled and consolidated to greadient materials and camber required with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller, complete all as specified and as directed by the EIC.

All as per item No 3 above but except matrial, complete all as specified and as directed by the EIC.

M&L for preparing surfaces of unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (using paving bitumen VG-10) at 10kg per 10 sq meters of paving bitumen on existing black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed by the EIC.

M & L for Premixed bituninous, macadam laid and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness less than 75mm) using 4% binder content of paving bitumen VG-30 any penetration , complete all as specified and directed by the EIC.

Rolling and cosolidating formation bituminous macadam surfaces, any thickness using power roller of tonnes capacity incl watering as necessary, complete all as specified and directed by the EIC.

M & L for preparing of existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5kg per 10 sq meters of paving bitumen (VG-10) on existing black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M & L for preparing of existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 3kg per 10 sq meters of paving bitumen (VG-10) on existing black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M & L for bituminous premix Semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidate thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled to power roller 8 to 12 tonne and comapcted for required camber and gradient, complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and fix glow studs of minimum size 100x100 and 20mm thick made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic Styrene Acryloretrite) or HIP (High impact polystyrene) or ABS having electronically welded micro-prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. The glow stud shall support a load of 13636 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D 4280. The slope of retro-reflective surface shall be 35 (+/-5) degrees to base. The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12cm of reflective area up each side. The luminance intensity should be as per the specification and shall be tested as described in ASTM I : 809 as recommended in BS : 873 part 4 : 1973. The studs shall be fixed to the road surface using the adhesive conforming to IS, as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete and as per direction of EIC. M & L for providing and applying 2.5mm thick road marking strips (retro reflective) with glass beads of specified shade/colour using thermoplastic material by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic material applicator machine filled with profile shoe, glass beads dispensers, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater driven by experienced operator on road surface including cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals,oil, grease and foreign materials etc., complete all as specified and and directed by the EIC.

Supply and fix Alcolite Rigid Delinetor have provide ASTM Type XI Micro prismatic reflector and large reflective area of 300 Sqcm. The colour combination of delinator, white and red colour reflector & ZTraffic yellow/black outer sleeve ensure the delinator is visible day and night. The outer plastic moulded sleeve mad of high impact thermoplastic material. The plastic moulded sleeve provide stealing, vandalism and pilferage of the reflective sheeting. The painted mild steel used in cor give the delinator corrosion resistance and increases impact strength. Size of delinator : Height-1200mm and Width 100mm x 34mm fixed as per manufacturers directions.

Supply and fix retro reflective sign board of size 1200mmx900mm with writing letters (as required) on board and made by 4mm thick aluminium composite panel sheet finished of size required with high intensity prismatic reflecting tapes on both side duly framed on 60mm dia and 25mm stainless steel pipe frame of 304 grade, post of height 2.60m from GL fitted with 16 gauge steel duly fitted with round globe on top and fixed post with PCC 1:2:4 in ground upto 60cm depth and necessary earh work including returning filling and removal of surplus soil and make good as directed, complete all as specified and as directed by the EIC.
