Repair/maint of distribution transformer, DG sets incl servicing, centrifuging incl replacement of old end termination boxes etc at ARCH, Shokhuvi (Nagaland)

Taking out the sample of transformer oil from each transformer at various locations for checking the dielectric strength and acidity test of oil for the present of moist presence of moisture, impurities etc after the dehydration including de-hydration (filtration) of transformer oil through mobile filtreration plant to be used to respective locations duly connecting inlet/outlet to the machine by switching off HT power supply and taking all safety precautions so as to achieve dielectric strength not less than 36 to 45 KV per minute rupturing capacity and switch on supply, charging of transformer all as directed for transformer. The item inclusive of transportation of mobile filtration upto work site and testing will be carried out after dehydration and exclusive of oil topping. Oil taopping of required quantity will be paid separately on measurement as per schedule of this work, work will be carried out all location of ARTC & S. Wk will be carried out through authorised repairer from state/Central Govt Agencies.

Replacement of bushing insulator (male and female with gasket) complete set as per sample for 500 KVA transformer.

Supply and topping of filtered transformer oil for all type of transformers, testing of oil will be done before filling in transformers, limits will be specified as per standard parameters of IS standard.

Removing the existing oil stains by point removers and cleaning with scrapers, preparing the old transformers surface including subsequent coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour with one coat of red oxide zinchome primers of the surface of the transformer of capacity 500 KVA by spray gun all as specified and directed . ( Mention the details of repair carried out in each transformers.)

M/L for dismentling and taking out 500 KVA outdoor type transformer from Skv and transporting into workshop for re winding by copper including filling of transformer oil and placing the same in to the same location including testing all as specified ( Old unserviceable winding will be the properly of contractor as schedule of credit) , transportation, loading /unloading inclusive.

Shifting/inter changing of transformer upto 500 KVA by hydra/recovery including reinstallation and testing complete all as per site requirement.

M & L for MCCB, four pole, 415 Volts breaking capacity 25 KA with adjustable thermal range capacity 250 Amp confirm to IS/ IEC 60947-2 including taking down existing MCCB & making arrangements for fixing the MCCB all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thickincluding accessories, and providing masonry enclosure withcover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 1.5 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated , screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armored , electric power cable (Heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade , of size 3 core 185 sqmm size (rate of under ground cable includes earth work, sand cushioning, brick or PCC/RCC covering, lingh grae GI tubing where necessary, testing etc as per site requirement.)

Supply and fix cable joint kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination, head shrinkable type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armored, al conductor cable of size for cable of size 150 to 225 sqmm size.

S&F in replacement autometic voltage regulator suitable for 30 KVA to 250 KVA DG Set complete all as specified and directed.Make- Kirlosker/ Ashok leyland/ C&G/ Cumins

Supply and filling new coolent in sealed container complete all as specified and directed. NOTES :-Coolent shall be collected in sealed container . Cost of filling of coolent in included in unit quoted rates in here in - before )

S & F in replacement OFF load change over switch in sheet metal enclosure, 415 Volts, 4 pole 250 Amps capacity with side handle operation conforming conforming to ISIEC 60947-1&3 complete all as specified and directed . Make : Havells Cat No- IHCFFE0250 or equivalent in C&S / L&T/ Standard.

S&F in replacement of lead acid battery containing with electroctrolyte of capacity 12 Volts ,180 AH suitable for 63 to 250 KVA DG sets all as specified and as directed ( Make : Exide /Amaron )

Cleaning/descaling of deisel fuel tank of DG Set and writing date of cleaning complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and replacement of Diesel filter set of any capacity and any Make such as : Kirloskar/, Ashok Leyld /MICO

Supply and replacement of Oil filter of any capacity and any Make such as : Kirloskar/, Ashok Leyld /MICO
