SCH 'A' PART XI (MISC B/R & E/M ITEMS) Note:- Excavation and earthwork to the extent required for execution of relevant item under this schedule unless otherwise specified shall be measured and paid under relevant items of Schedule 'A' Part-II.

INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supply and fixing Health Faucet (ABS Body) mild steel chromium plated sutable for 15 mm dia fixing in pipe with 1.25 meter long all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing angle valve of cast coper alloy chromium plated fancy type screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed 15 mm bore (concealed) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Chromium plated shower roses with or without swivel joints, any size, including fixing to CPVC Pipe or union all as specified

Supply and fixing Brass CP Mixer for mixing hot & coald water screwed down for CPVC Pipe and fixed all as specified

Materials & Labour for point wiring complete with two runs of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade, single core, drawn through and including concealed PVC conduit (medium Grade) of adequate size (not less than 20mm dia) with all fittings and accessories. including one run of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLSH Cable (green colour), single core as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly for light,fan and call bell point controlled by one switch and Cutting chases for conduits and sinking's for boxes duly covered with modular white cover plate with inner frame suitable for modular switches and making good to walls, floors etc.making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Cost of Modular Cover Plate, Inner frame suitable for mounting modular switches, socket etc are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Material and labour sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 6.00 Sqmm (Nominal area) with multistranded FRLSH copper conductor cable, 1100 volts grade drawn through conceled PVC Conduit with all fittings and accessories and earth continuity conductor of single core PVC insulated, unsheathed cable 6.00 Sqmm (Nominal area) with multistranded FRLSH copper conductor, 1100 volts grade and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MCCB 63 Amps 4P 25 KA 415 Volt including MCCB Enclosure for 63 Amp MCCB fixed on wooden board of appropriate size for mounting of enclosure complete all as specified and as directed. Rate inclusive of fixing of cable including lugging complete.

Supply and fixing Smart RF/Cellular Single Phase AC Meter Tamper Proof, Static Meter of Class 1.0, 315 V, 50 Hz, 10 A-60 A conforming to IS-16444 and relevant IEC standards with inbuilt Radio Frequency communication facility with self healing mesh network with default and on demand display, billing data generation facility, anti-tamper features, Microprocessor and LED/LCD based circuitry including Polycarbonate Meter Box of minimum suitable size for 1 Phase meter with viewing glass, concealed hinge and earth bolt plugged complete all as specified and directed. Meter Should support sending the following data : 15/30 min instantaneous data for voltage, current, power factor, power, cumulative energy and frequency, monthly billing survey for Cumulative Energy and Max Demand to software Meter should have connect / disconnect functionality operable from mdm/billing software and prepaid features would be MDM / Billing end as per prevalent IS . Including Taking down of existing meter and deposit to MES store yard for safe custody all as specified and as directed (For06 Qtrs) Note:- Contractor has to ensure integration and maintainance of the above 06 nos of meters with the existing Advance Metering infrastructure (AMI) of smart meters of different makes without any additional infrastructure and cost implication.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel pipe electrode, 40mm bore, medium grade, 2.5 metres length, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 metres below ground level connected with earthing lead of 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire all as shown in Plate No. 2 to the earthing test point all as specified and indicated including testing on completion

Supply and fixing water heater storage type (Geyser) vertical type with inner container of capacity 25 ltrs, electrically operated, AC 230 Volts, BEE 5 star rated, ISI marked including 04 Nos of hold fasteners nuts of suitable size fixed in brick wall including safety valve, thermostats, NRV, SS connection pipe hot and cold complete all as specified and as directed.

ROAD WORK

Material and labour and preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimum 2.00 mm thick single coat as in center line and edge line road marking of 150/100 mm width using HOT MARK thermoplastic paint ( Hot application) white/yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingradients such as blinder, glass beads Titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate inter fillers themoplastic requirement for glass shall be the table No 8004 of MORT specification including spraying of glass beads titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter fillers themoplastic requirement for glass shall be the table No 8004 of MORT specifcation including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacure instructions and as directed by Engr-in Charge.

AREA DRAINAGE

Material and labour for pre-cast perforated RCC drain cover with frame ( rectangular or square) the area of each cover should not be more than 0.5 square meter and thickness of 60 mm each with holes, manufactured with M-30 grade of concrete by vibro compacting process using accurately designed moulds and suitably reinforced to enable the covers to take load as specified i.e M-20 MT for heavy duty (When tested as per IS -12592) complete all as specified and as directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL

Supply, laying in trenches and jointing of 200 mm dia bore double wall corrugated polyethelene (HDPE) pipe of stiffness class designation SN8 including all necessary jointing material and fittings such as couplers, connectors,bends, elbows ,Tees and end caps etc complete all as specified and as directed.
