Material and labour for refixing the core and windings assembly with insulating material and hardware of Transformer of any capacity and type,11KV/433Volts in to the oil tank with suitable fixing arrangements and re connecting HV and LV internal connections to HV and LV bushings and replacing gaskets of bushings,bottom and top valve, top cover, conservator and replacing celica gel breather and fixing top cover with conservators and reassembling all parts respect to original position and refilling of new transformer oil and filler to achieve the BDV Values and testing as per manufacturers specifications and standard practice complete all as specified and directed. (Note: transformer oil will be measured & paid seperately)

Disconnecting and dismantling the existing indoor type, 11 KV horizontal draw out type OCB trolly of rupturing capacity 250 MVA, 400 Amps from location and repair /overhauling and carrying out with the following activities as mentioned below complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: spare parts and new transformer oil shall be measured & paid seperatly) .

(i) Inspecting/overhauling of spring drive mechanism by checking mechanism, hold on catch assembly,trip bridge, z srew, Cam U, Aluminum trip bridge, Main trip lever assembly and apply multi grease lubricant to function smoothly. (ii) Inspecting / overhauling of OLTLF assembly,earthfault release assembly, tripping coil, auxiliary switch and checking of electrical wiring system. (iii) Inspecting / overhauling / cleaning and inspecting insulators, moving contacts ,fixed contacts,arcing chamber by carbon cleaner solution and apply dry graphite conductive sealant for contacts to avoid carbon deposits on contact surfaces. (iv) Inspecting/Cleaning of oil tank inside and out side surface by CRC throughly and replacement of transformer oil (60 litre for each OCB) and apply heavy duty grease for tank raising/lowering guide. (v) Assembling all items/components parts to the respective position & testing the breaker with High Voltage and Meggering before and after high voltage test complete.

Material and labour for painting of HT OCB capacity 250/350MVA,11KV, 400Amps, with one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after cleaning, scraping, and filling of cavities for out side surface and in side surface of OCB all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting and dismantling the existing indoor type, 11 KV horizontal draw out type VCB trolly of rupturing capacity 250/350 MVA, 400/630/800 Amps from location and repair /overhauling and carrying out with the following activities as mentioned below complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: spare parts will be measured & paid seperately.)

(i) Inspecting / overhauling of manual / motorised spring drive mechanism by checking mechanism, motor and gear assembly, big gear assembly, stop bolt assembly, main shaft interlocking assembly, closing spring assembly, small cam with screw,motor cut -off limit switch, butter fly swich assembly and apply multi grease lubricant to function smoothly. (ii) Inspecting / overhauling of tripping assembly,earthfault release assembly, tripping coil, auxiliary switch and checking of electrical wiring system. (iii) Inspecting / overhauling /cleaning and inspecting through insulators, vacuum interuptors by carbon cleaner solution and apply dry graphite conductive sealant for electrical contacts to avoid carbon deposits on contact surfaces. (iv) Assembling all items/components parts to the respective postion & testing the breaker with High Voltage(DC) and meggering before and after high voltage test complete.

Material and labour for painting of HT VCB capacity 250/350MVA,11KV, 400/630/800Amps, with one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after cleaning, scraping, and filling of cavities for out side surface and in side surface of OCB and all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour of Opening the bus -bar chamber,CT chamber, PT Chamber and Meter chamber of HT 11KV, panel board and carry out following activities as mentioned below complete all as directed and specified by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: spare parts shall be measured & paid seperately.) :-

M&L for Testing /Overhauling and secondary injection of over current earth fault relays/release on each multiple setting readjustment by artificial load complete all as specified including testing complete.

Dismantling, overhauling and testing Potential transformer capacity 11 KV / 110 volts AC and replacement of worn out spares such as contacts, bushing, control wiring fibre plates, gaskets , transformer oil and applying multi grease to the mechenical parts & dry graphite conductive sealant to contacts etc & re-assembling the same and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : Spare parts and oil will be measured and paid seperately)

Material & Labour for repairs/ Overhauling/Servicing to Existing LT electric panels Indoor type of each Transformer by taking shut down from appropiate authority including following activities (i) Tightning the loose connections and cleaning inside/out side complete replacing all cable glands,thimbles and lugs as per the size of existing cable, applying petrolium jelly on the contactors ,providing new insulation tape to bus bars, repair to broken /hanging doors by fixing hinges or welding the door to make it servicable, spray painting (silver colour) / powder coating and testing the entire panel board after the completion of servicing up to the satisfication of Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed . (Note : MCCB,ACB, measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.)

(i) Cleaning inside the panel and all incoming and out going feeders i.e incling MCCB/SFU/Changeover switches/Contactors/ ACB,s thoroughly with help of Vaccum Cleaner. (ii) Checking the loose connections of incoming and out going feeders and rectifify the same with help of new GI nut bolts and washers. (iii) Replaceing the burnt out coluor coated PVC Sleeve of main and fedders bus with appropriated size of New PVC heat shrinkable sleeves -01Job. (iv) Replacing Burnt out Voltmeters/Ammeters/Indicating Lamps/Hrc Fuses.(Note: New items will be measured and paid separatly)-01Job. (v) Replacing burnt out contrle wiring of Ammeter/Voltmeter/Indicating lamps and CT'switch 2.5/1.5Sqmm copper sinhel core,1100V grade copper conductor cable- 01Job. Note :- (a) Size of the strip shall be determined depending upon the current carrying capacity of the individual outgoing MCCBs. (b) Overall length of the strip shall be measured and paid after necessary conversion into weight. (c) Cost of drilling / bending / Grinding of the strips at site as required shall be included in the unit rate quoted. No extra payment shall be admissible on that account. (d) Bolts, Nuts etc shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply & fixing Copper Bus Bar strip, of any size, for extention of MCCB terminals for cable terminations, inside the cable alleoy of LT panel board, duly supported on the FRP / DMC support insulators including necessary drilling / bending to obtain required shape and size complete all as specified and as directed . Note :- (a) Size of the strip shall be determined depending upon the current carrying capacity of the individual outgoing MCCBs. (b) Overall length of the strip shall be measured and paid after necessary conversion into weight. Checking the serviceability of any capacity DG set per month and rectified the minor repair as directed by Engr-In-Charge

PART-I Manning and Operation of R.O Plant in three shifts round the clock 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs, 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs and 2200 hrs to 0600 Hrs including sunday and holiday with cleaning and up keep of the installation operating the submersible pump installed in raw water bore well -02 Nos and operation of treated water pump set including taking care from any pilferage, theft or damage of RO plant etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes :- (i) RO operator : 01 No per shift (ii) RO Plants- 02 Nos. (iii) Quoted rate shall be deemed to be for the both RO Plant and shall have out put water capacity not less than 40,000 liters per day. PART-II Routine maintenance of RO plants No. 1 & 2 installed at Vandana and Vishakha complex having out put capacity of drinking water not less than 40,000 ltrs / day, maintenance of chlorine dosing system,coagulant dosing system,antiscalant dosing system carrying out the routine maintenance recommended by the manufacturer for daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly including repairs/ replacement of parts such as bearings, repairs of pumps, filters, welding of cracked/ broken any mild steel items/ foundation, PVC pipes and their fittings, LT panel boards etc complete including painting to all equipment with synthetic enamelled paint complete and all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge including testing of treated water in the approved laboratory for bacteriological test and potability test for every month. Notes :- (a) Chemicals required for operation of RO plant will be measured and paid seperately under Schedule 'A' Part - III (b) RO Plant shall be maintained for smooth functioning and for out put capacity of drinking water not less than 40,000 liters / per day.

Disconnecting and taking out unserviceable open well submersible pump 1.5 HP and supply fix with new open well submersible pump horizontal type 1.5 HP capacity,single phase,2880 rpm,50hz,head-30 meter,discharge-3.42 lps complete to match the existing and connecting up with existing control / electric system including all accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and taking out unserviceable control panel and supply fix with new control panel for RO plant complete to match the existing and connecting up with existing control / electric system including all accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and demonstration of chlorine residual test kit portable digitally operated range 0.1-1 PPM and 0.6 to 6 PPM with enclosure & orthodin solution bottle 500 ml capacity complete all as spificied and directed.

(b) Taking out the existing burnt winding from the motor including rewinding complete with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge including all insulating material such as insulation paper, sleeves, tape, varnish etc. complete for class 'F' insulation. Note for Item No. 107, 188 & 189 (i) Passes will be processed only after verification of antecedence of deployed employees and submission of verified experience certificate, Pass shall not be granted without submission of qualification proof & experience certificate. (ii) Contractor shall submit ID proof, Residential proof, Bank A/C details to department and obtain approval of Engineer-in-Charge before employing a person as Operator (iii) Payment to employees shall be done by crossed cheque through Aadhaar linked bank account only and it shall not be less than minimum fair wages as per act in vogue. The contractor shall submit proof to Engineer-in-Charge before claiming any payment. (iv) AC and RO plant Operator shall be available as per the shift timings specified in the tender and he will report to JE E/M in-Charge. In case of emergency he will function according to their direction. If he is found absent or move without intimating to in-Charge or JE E/M he will be treated as absent for the said shift and recovery to this effect for Rs 1500/- per shift shall be affected.(v) Payment as per quoted rate shall also be deducted in addition to the penalty as specified above. (v) The individual employed as operator should has minimum qualification of ITI course equivalent from state or central board

(vii) Contractor shall submit the labour licenece VAT as applicable as per latest laws/acts & Copy of GST Regn registered number issued by concerned authority. (ix) Contractor has to submit proof of payment of EPF subscription made by him as applicable as per latest laws/acts alongwith RAR failing which RAR will not be progressed for payment. (x) The rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included provision of all latest labour laws / regulations including all relevant taxes as applicable. (xi) The bidders are advised not to quote rate less than minimum fair wages as circulated by competent authority. If the quoted amount is less than the estimated cost of work mentioned in BOQ item No 107.00, 188, 189.00 i.e Rs 2163480.00, the lowest bidder will have to deposit FDR/BGB as elaborated herein after in favour of Accepting Officer within 07 days of opening of financial bid (Cover No 2). The deposited amount shall be the difference between estimated cost mentioned in BOQ item No 107.00,188.00, & 189.00 (i.e) Rs 2163480.00 and amount quoted by lowest bidder. FDR/BGB shall be released only after satisfactory completion of work. If the contractor fails to pay minimum wages to employees, the department shall have right to withhold the said amount which will be verified by GE. The decision of Accepting Officer regarding amount to be withhold shall be final and binding. The withhold amount will be utilised by GE for payment to employees if contractor fails to pay minimum wages and balance amount if any shall only be released.
