Providing/ Installation, testing and commissioning of submersible pump set 8000 GPh x 200 MH along 25 HP submersible motor at pumping station borewell basooni dharana by way of shifting pumpset to pumping station. Bore Well 2nd Saroti Mendhar Job includes head load carriage and tools and tackles required for shifting of machinery upto pumping station. Fabrication of 10 No. G.I. column pipes of 80 mm dia 10 feet in length each (G.I. pipe to be provided by the department) suitable for lowering inside 200 mm dia casting of bore well by way of turning of both the ends of each column pipe of lathe. Providing and welding suitable MS flanges with 4 No. holes one each side of column pipe with proper alignment. The top column pipe shall be fabricated by providing one No. MS flange of size 250 mm dia in the centre so as to rest the completes connected column pipes with submersible pump motor set in 200 mm dia casing pipe. One end of the top column pipe shall be provided and welded with 80 mm dia MS bend with proper flange and suitable no. of holes for fitment of reflux valve. Fabrication of expander nipple with on 80 mm dia flange on one side and other side to be fitted with submersible pump set filling of distilled water inside the submersible motor for cooling the motor windings. Coupling of pump and motor checking of alignment of pump and motor and then testing the motor pump at workshop. Providing & fitting of 10 Sqmm Sub cable 230 mtr in length, making connections with submersible motor by using hot patch rolls, Insulation material thumbling by using copper thimbles of required specifications, crimpling by using crimpling tools. Then lowering of submersible pump set along with submersible cable in the liner assembly by assembling column pipes one by one with providing & fitting of rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts at each points. Fitting of top column pipe having blind flange of 250mm dia. Fabrication and fitting of extension pipe with flanges as per site requirement making provision for interconnection with sump tank. Job includes cost of material & labour charges . Designing /fabrication/ Installation/ Testing and Commissioning of Automatic LT control Panel of 415 volts, AC 3Phase 25HP capacity Submersible Motor Installed at borewell.The panel should be rust and vermin proof. fabricated out of 16 SWG CR sheet supported on MS angle of suitable size and provision for fixing it on panel board. The panel should be sturdy enough for vibration free operation and should be equipped with suitable locking/sealing arrangement. The structure should be provided with suitable entry and exit holes for incoming and outgoing cables. The panel should be given two coats of anti rust primer and two coats of enamel paint. It should be equipped with following components/features:-MCCB:-The panel should be fitted with MCCB 160 Amp, 415 V, 35KA capacity to protect the panel in case of short circuit. VOLTMETER:- The panel should be fitted with digital voltmeter to show the voltage between phase to phase and between phase to neutral. AMPERE METER:- The panel should be fitted with digital Ampere meter CT operated to show the ampere between each phase. PHASE INDICATOR:-The panel should be fitted with phase indicator R/Y/B to indicate the phase. STAR-DELTA STARTER:-The panel should be fitted with 02No contactors 110Amp (L&T Make/ reputed Make) for main and Delta and 01 No contactors 70 Amp for star operation, 1No timers for change over the supply of motor from star to Delta,2No push buttons for start and stop operation of motor,1No thermal relay range of suitable capacity fitted with main contactors. All control wiring should be neat and clean with flexible copper cable to complete the star Delta circuit of outgoing supply and wiring should be protected with fuse. The system should provide protection against:-

• Low Voltage below 350 V. • High Voltage above 450 V. • Single phase • Reverse Phasing • Unbalance phasing • Dry running • Over loading Testing and commissioning of control panel by making/connecting to incoming terminals and outgoing terminal of control panel. P/F of 19/16 copper cable 35 mtr in length from voltage stabilier to Pannel and its Thimbling, Crimpling by using crimpling tools etc. P/F of Al. Cable 150 mm sq. 40 Mtr in length H/D to be laid for making connections from LT poles to main switch. P/F of 400 AMP 440 Volts of Good quality of ISI make its fiting at pannel board. The complete job include cost of material and labour charges and hire charge of vehicle.Testing the performance of the panel on no load and on full load. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, carriage charges & fitment charges at the site of work. Complete job Testing & commissioning of submersible pump set checking all electrical connection with megger tightening of loose connections if any, plugging of joints by welding and tightening of nuts, bolts. Job includes cost of material and labour charges for loading unloading carriage fitting & testing charges
