Renovating existing old cold storage facility to office room at old Seed Unit building including Electrical work and Providing Vacuum Dewatered Flooring for Seed Unit threshing floor at ICAR-IIHR

Providing and laying C.C. pavement of mix M-25 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator , vacuum dewatering process and finally finished by floating, brooming with wire brush etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in charge. (The panel shuttering work shall be paid for separately).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for floor VDF flooring

Making grooves of size 6mm x 20mm in CC pavement and filling the grooves with bitumen sealant etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer incharge

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete for floors Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Removing glass wool seal insulation on walls including disposing it as per safety standard without causing any damage / hazard to environment

Removing AC duct made of Glass Wool, plastering, MS duct and handing over the reusable items and disposing of unserviceable items safely as per standard environmental norms

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead In cement mortar

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.
