PART-A: Maintenance work

Electrical maintenance of Academic Complex, WTP, Lecture Hall, Admin Building, Library Building, Conference Center, B H Auditorium, Electrical Sub Station-3A,3B,4A,4B & 5, Central Workshop, Research Building, Class room Complex, Old and New AC Plant and Misc. Building in Academic Complex, Nanotechnology Building [List of buildings including approximate electrical points of each building covered under the scope of work]

Attending to complaints round the clock relating to internal electrical installations, light fittings, fans, geyser and water cooler point and accessories of the following buildings covered, including rectifying the defect, repairing replacement of components etc. besides regular & periodic maintenance of parts / components etc. as per scope of work

Maintenance of street lights/ garden lights covered under sector 2

Sub total amount of Part A: Maintenance work for 12 months as per manpower analysis at Annexure-A

PART-B: Development works

Sub total amount of Part B: Development works for 12 months at Annexure-B [Inclusive of GST]

Bidder have to quote in next two sheets (PartA and PartB) and fingure will be automatically filled in this Abstract sheet.

Please ensure to quote rate in every item (blue box). If any item is left unquoted in next two sheets (PartA and PartB), the tender will be rejected
