Brick work with non modular flyash brick confirming to IS:12894 class designation 7.5 average compression strength in plinth level (a) Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

CEMENT PLASTER (IN COARSE SAND), 12 mm cement plaster of mix (a) 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : 13.44.1 New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

CEMENT PLASTER (IN COARSE SAND), 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: (a) (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharpcurve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineerin- charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured to calculate volume for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and anufacture of required colour to give an even shade : (a) Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for all leads and lifts, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The item is applicable in urban areas having directions for restricted hours for movement/plying of load carrying motor vehicle of 3.5 cum or more. Note: 1.  Payment Terms: Payment shall be released only after verified disposal of waste at authorized sites both C&D waste and Other waste. 2.  Voucher and Receipt Verification: Original vouchers and signed receipts must be submitted. These shall be verified before acceptance for payment. 3.  Geo-Tagged Photos: Geo-tagged photos of each truck at both picking and disposal points are mandatory, showing vehicle number, timestamp, and GPS coordinates. 4.  RFID Tagging: Vehicles must be equipped with RFID tags, and logs must be submitted for route verification, as per MCD practice.
