Replacement / Supplying & laying of LT cable of 1.1 KV grade of size 4 x 6 Sq. mm. unarmoured Copper conductor Cross Linked Polyethylene Insulated (XLPE) complete with laying as per site requirement (ISI).

Replacement / Supplying & laying of LT cable of 1.1 KV grade of size 4 x 4 Sq. mm. unarmoured Copper conductor Cross Linked Polyethylene Insulated (XLPE) complete with laying as per site requirement (ISI).

Replacement / Supplying & laying of 3 core 2.5 sq mm copper conductor multi strand round flexible cable wire i/c laying etc.complete etc. as required.(ISI)

Supplying and fixing of 4 way (4 + 12), Double door surface/ recess mounting, vertical type, 415 V, TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200 A tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCBs (but without MCBs and incomer) as required . (Note : Vertical type MCB TPDB is normally used where 3 phase outlets are required.)

Supplying and fixing of 8 Way Double door SP&N sheet steel MCB DB, 240 Volt on surface / recess complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted, earthing etc. as reqd.

Supplying and fixing of 4 Way Double door SP&N sheet steel MCB DB, 240 Volt on surface / recess complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted, earthing etc. as reqd.

Supplying and fixing of 25 Amp 4 Pole MCB,415 V 10 KA C curve MCB suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB rating surface / recess complete with connections, testing , commissioning etc. as reqd

Supplying and fixingof 40 A faulty double pole, 240 V, isolator with new one in the existing MCB DB with new one complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of 63 A faulty double pole, 240 V, isolator with new one in the existing MCB DB with new one complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 100 Amp, 30 KA Four pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubical panel board i/c drilling hole in cubical panel, making connections etc as required.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of M.S. Box suitable for operation on 415 V, 3 phase, 50 Hz, 4 wire AC supply system of outdoor, with sloping roof top for weather protection etc. fabricated from CRCA sheet steel of 16 swg sheet steel including cleaning, degreasing, scrubbing, finishing etc. and seven tank processed complete with powder coating in approved shade suitable for 100 A rating, 30 KA, Four Pole, MCCB in it gland plates including having arrangement for fixing on existing steel tubular/ PCC pole with suitable size, sign writing etc. complete as per site requirement.

Shifting of Free Cooling unit complete with inlet/ exhaust unit, modem etc. from one location to another including dismantling, fixing suitable size wire mesh on sheet/wooden plank (as per requirement) at old site from where free cooling unit is dismantled (as required), cartage to new site (upto 50 km distance between sites), installation of Free cooling unit at new site including cutting the wall, fixing, connections, complete with testing and commissioning complete as required.

Dismantling and re-laying of ABC type Aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade of size 3 core x 35 Sq. mm complete with dismantling the cable from existing HT Service connection poles, proper stacking of cable after dismantling to avoid any damage/leakage, unbunching/ unbundling of the dismantled HT ABC cable into 3 separate lengths and reinstalling / relaying of dismantled ABC cable on the existing New Tapping Point HT Service connection poles / iron structure in 3 tier formation with proper spacing complete with clamping, Testing commissioning etc. as required.

Providing and fixing of lightening Conductor made up of soild G.I. rod of 16 mm dia, 1.20 Mtr. Long with Supporting base plate of 100mm x 100mm x 3mm size with holes, Globe and 05 nos. spikes, nut bolts, J-clamps/ U-clamps etc., if required, suitable for installation on BTS tower complete as required.

Providing and making steel pole collar with cement concrete (1 cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 stone aggregate 20mm) of specified size and shape including form work, plastering if required, curing etc as required, (volume of pole/ pipe not to be deducted)

Dismantling of pole/ street light standard/ strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Dismantling and fabrication of existing angle iron / channel iron / flat iron for brackets / cross arms etc and re-fabrication into desired shape and size as per requirement at site for DP structure complete with providing nuts bolts, welding, clamps etc as reqd.

Supplying and fixing of 250 mm sweep Fresh air Fan made from special grade plastic, suitable for operation on 220 V, single phase, 50 Hz, AC supply including installation of fan in existing opening with louvers etc compete as required at site( M/s Standard/ Usha/Philips/ Crompton/Bajaj or similar superior make)

Dismantling ,shifting ,Installation, testing, commissioning of 1.5/2TR Split type A.C. of A/C unit includiing fixing the refrigerant piping with insulation, cutting, brazing, laying the cable along with the piping connections, repairing the minor leakages of the complete system etc. complete as reqd.

SITC of 2 x750 w small size room heaters made out by MS sheet, SS reflector,,having tilting legs and two heat setting etc complete as reqd.

SITC of 2x1000 w medium size room heaters made out by MS sheet, SS reflector,,having tilting legs and two heat setting etc complete as reqd.

Replacement/ fixing of power strip of 6 Amp rating having 4 nos. 5 /6Amp 3/5 pin socket outlet controlled by common switch with surge protection suitable for 230 Volts, 50 Hz Single phase AC supply having connecting lead, safety fuse etc. complete as reqd. Supplying and fixing extension cord having three nos 15 amp socket outlet and one 15 amp switch in ms box with connecting wire and 3/6 pin top etc as reqd.

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for 3 x 35 sq.mm size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying,Installation,Testing and Commissioning of Solar Aviation obstruction Aviation Light with single dome, Red colour LED , fixed light type having clear glass shell with Bird spike, IP 65, inbuilt LDR for ON/OFF Dusk to Dawn operation (as per ICAO specs) and having Sealed Maintenance Free Battery of 12 V DC, 7AH capacity (minimum) with overcharge and deep discharge protection with Solar module of minimum 10 W complete with mounting plates/pipes/nut bolts/J-bolts,if requiredfor fixing the solar aviation light on the top of tower with highly skilled labour complete with testing and commissioining as required at site.
