SPL REPAIRS TO EXTERNAL SURFACE OF BLDG NO P-84 (MAIN BLOCK) AT HQ CENTRAL COMD UNDER GE (EAST) LUCKNOW

M&L for Heritage Natural Stone Grit / Granules finishing white / colour in patches as directed by Engineer- in - Charge consisting of a two component dry granules made of 92% silica natural stone partiles coated with fade resistant priments of coating 0.8mm to 1.20mm to be applied in single coat of primer including taking down old surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick ready mix plaster on external wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar all complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scraping with mechanical wall sander(having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7''/9'' to make the surface free from dust,loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces applying 2-3mm wall care putty Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.79 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces applying 2-3mm wall care putty Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.79 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No 03 to 05 above:- (i) The work for periodical services shall be executed through MOU by the authorised applicator of OEM of paint by using wall sander machine for scraping and apply putty & paint with automatic airless spray machine complete. (ii) The contractor shall furnish a valid memorandam of Understanding with the manufacturer (make mentioned in CA ) prior to execution of these items)

M&L for complete dismantling of split AC / window AC of any capacity by AC mechanic with gas back complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for refixing of complete split AC / window AC of any capacity by AC mechanic including vacuuminising, leak proof, gas charging, servicing with water pressure jet & jacket complete proper functioning as specified and as directed.
