Repairing / Rewinding of 33/0.433 KV power distribution transformer 500 KVA, (Crompton Greaves make) as per details given below:
Complete dismantling of the 33/0.433 KV power distribution of transformer, 500 KVA at the workshop and other associated works.
Complete cleansing of internal part and fitting of transformer with chemicals and dislodging foreign material, corrosion etc. in tank, radiator, conservator and part thereof etc.
Re-designing and rewinding of HV and LV coil with respect to core size and other associated parameters including deduction due to intrinsic value of the waste copper wire.
Supply and fitting of Insulation material
Replacement of all valves, Buchhloz relay, WTI and OTI indicator dial etc. and its fitting.
Complete assembling of the transformer including set of gaskets and all material required for proper completion of the work.
Supply and filling of die electric oil as mentioned on specification on transformer including deduction due to waste die electric oil
Testing of the transformer at the workshop as per tender specifications.
Carting of repaired 500 KVA Transformer from workshop to site STP Shamshabad, Agra including loading, unloading etc.
Erection & Commissioning of Transformer including cabling etc. complete in all respect at site.
Repairing and overhauling of 33 KV, 03 phase VCB incomer panel as per details given below:
Restoration work of VCB latching mechanism in agreement with the anti pumping arrangement including supply of all material required for proper completion of the work. 01 No. incomer 02 Nos. outgoing
Restoration work of VCB 24 to 30V DC operating control wiring with respect to anti pumping relay, closing & tripping mechanism including all the materials T& P required for proper completion of the work, subject to satisfaction of site in charge. 01 No. incomer 02 Nos. outgoing
SITC of power pack 24 to 30V DC suitable for incomer panels.
SITC of 03O/C +1 EF relay with IDMT and instantaneous characteristics.
Commissioning & testing of HT VCB at site
