Maintenance, Sweeping and cleaning of all lawns/vacant areas/hedge/plants, trees of Nehru Park and Collector House TPoint I-land including their cutting, cleaning, stackiing of all unusable material & transporting to manure preparation pit. watering & debedding of all the plants, lawn in above parks is to be done by contractor. Cleaning of all the toilets/urinal in parks/area mentioned above is to be done regular with phenole. Nepthline balls are to be done regular provided to keep the facilities fresh and clean. if any plant dies during te period of maintinance then contractor has be replace at his own cost. complete includes all necessary T&P. The work includes sanitization of park as per requirement and direction of Engineer Incharge and repairing of Boring/ Motors used for irrigation purpose. The complete work should be done as per direction & satisfaction Engineer incharge Terms and conditions are enclosed. 8 labour Nehru Park.
