SWI-Provision of Mini- High Mast and Street Light -Electrical

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning including civil work of Tapered Octagonal mini high mast with timer controller, 120 W LED Flood Light with driver assembly, duly 1 wired up, including necessary wiring with single core PVC insulated copper cable of 2.5 sq mm from the cable junction box to the fittings through conduit including casting of suitable Cement concrete Foundation, Timer & Control panel as per the detailed specification , scope of Work and Explanatory Note-E1. Note. I) All civil materials under the Scope of Contractor.

Supply of Tapered GI Octagonal Pole of 6 Mtr height with J bolts nuts and washers, brackets, strip connector and suitable MCB with Hylam sheet covering as per scope and specification of Work.

Errection of Post by laying foundation as per IS 4091-79 as detailed in explanatory Note - E2. Note. I) All civil materials under the Scope of Contractor.

Supply and fixing of 150 W LED Street Light fixture in to the octagonal post with suitable clamps, bracket and other required accessories along with internal wiring all complete in an approved manner as directed by the Engineer in charge at site

Supply and wiring to reconnecting fuse unit from terminal to street light fixture using 3 C X 1.5 Sq mm CU wirelong point and testing and Commissioning

Supply and leading to the site and laying of HDPE Pipe 63 mm dia ISI Marked pressure rating up to 4PN as per IS 4984/1995 in excavated trench with required couplers and for threading of 4 core 25 sqmm LTUG cable all as per explanatory Note E-6

Excavation of cable trench as per Drg. No. SR/ELEC/P/001/2019 in all kinds of soils, 7 duly removing all obstructions in the way of cable trench, dumping at embankment site within Railway land for laying of 25 sq mm XLPE LTUG cable in an approved manner and as directed by Engineer-in charge. Note: (1) Length of cable trench given is approximate, (2) The Engineer in- charge at site, will indicate the route of cable trench

Running, laying/leading, testing and commissioning of 4 core x 25 sq mm XLPE LTUG cables in the excavated trench/wall pipes, over stanchion, girders threading through HDPE pipe laid 8 RCC/GI pipe, GI clamping arrangement on walls and terminating in as many ends using double compression type with suitable size of cable glands and sockets complete etc. in an approved manner and as desired by the Engineer-in-charge at site.(Note: LT UG cables only will be supplied by Railways)

Refilling the trench using excavated earth, followed by ramming, consolidation and bringing back the surface to original complete in an approved manner and as directed by Engineer- in charge.

Supply, fixing & commissioning of Timer Panel for Street Light Circuit, with auto/manual switch, Digital Timer Switch (Astronomical/24 Hour Timer), with suitable Contactor 10 Rating conforming to IS: 13947/P4/1993 or latest, I/C and O/C MCB, Neutral link and Earth link etc , suitable rated control fuses all duly pre-wired and mounted with pad lock, all enclosed powder coat finished enclosure made of 2mm thick Sheet Steel complete and provision of the same onto the wall or elsewhere using suitable fixing arrangements as directed by Engineer-in Charge in charge at site

Supply and provision of LT earthing arrangements (earthing using 9'-0" (2.74 metres) long heavy ('C' class) classified Galvanised Iron pipe ISI mark conforming to IS:1239/P1/2004 and 1239/P2/1992 or latest with a nominal bore of 50 mm dia. shaped to form as earth electrode and 11 Galvanised after fabrication duly by excavating/ auguring of earth pit in all kinds of soil/ concrete surface/ RCC flooring or elsewhere, construction of earth pit enclosure, provision of cover etc. and connecting as per approved Drawing , complete in an approved manner as desired by Engineer- incharge. The Earth resistance value should be measured and to be written by paint near the earth by the contractor.

Supply and connection of single run of 4 SWG GI wire from earth electrode to proposed High Mast/ Street Light structure and Panel , MDB / SDB or elsewhere and in a manner as directed by Senior Section Engineer in charge at site
