2.5CM thick grading concrete (1:2:2) with 6mm size Granite C.B Chips.

Applying two coats waterproof chemical over a coat of damp guard primer on roof area.

Supplying, fitting, and fixing of (600 x 600) mm colored/printed series of premium grade Vitrified floor tiles having thickness 8mm to 10mm conforming to IS 13756 over polymer modified adhesive bed & finishing joints with matching Grout etc. complete.

Supply, fitting and fixing ceramic wall tiles of premium grade having thickness 6.5 to 6.7mm confirming to IS 13753. Size (450x300) mm on 12mm thick cement mortar (1:3) & finishing joints with matching grout of approved design

Supply and fixing 20mm thick polished granite slab of size above 0.40sqm on 25mm thick C.M bed (1:1) on the table top including edge moulding.

Brick work with Fly ash bricks in cement mortar (1:6).

12mm thick cement plastering with 1:4 CM

Providing, fitting, and fixing of Aluminium hexagonal grill of size (65 x65) mm with frame.

Providing, fitting, and fixing up partition walling of anodized/color Aluminum section no.9210&9207 horizontal & vertical member& Al. section 4660 as tapered clip for fixing of 4mm thick ACP board/ 6mm thick smoke glass and jointing angle no.1855 etc. with all required fixtures.
